JOB DESCRIPTION
Basic Function:
Country QHSSE Manager has overall responsibility to:
Plan, direct and monitor implementation and application of the Management System (OEPS), inclusive of the Quality, Health & Safety, Security and Environment at all locations in the country and in line with company policies and procedures as well as country regulatory requirements.
Maintain the integrity of 8GEMS and 4TENETS programs and model the best safety behavior at all times
Lead multi-product line service quality/ reliability programs within the functional area. Provide expertise and leadership to predict, prevent and eliminate or reduce equipment and service failures through application of specific business units quality plans,
Drive the initiatives for continuous improvement process in all operating areas of the company in the country
Report and monitor all incidents or customer complaints and remain focal point in the Incident Management process
Translate and communicate leading and lagging KPIs and performance metrics and update country and regional management on monthly basis.
Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Quality:
Take active part in the operation Pre-job and or Contingency Planning and preparation and assists PLs with job documentation, records and reports
Lead the deployment and monitoring of the launched L2 OEPS standards in country
Coaches in country BUs Service Quality, QA.QC teams, Reliability Professionals and engineers on the RCFA process
Prepare reviews and submits failure incident reports for final business approval prior to submitting or presenting them to external customers.
Conducts RCFA for Product & Service Execution issues and ensures effective After Action Reviews (AAR) with customers.
Facilitates (or ensures adequate representation) scheduled Incidents and Corrective Actions for reviewing Product/Service Performance and ensures improvement projects are effectively being worked upon.
Promote reporting across the country BUs and monitor the progress on monthly basis.
Participate actively in the monthly BU groups meetings, displaying stats, identifying trends, maintain data accuracy on WPTS, TOPS & Reliability.
Works with PLs in country in aligning with customer data bases and quality control plans if applicable,
Participate in customer Service Quality reviews for major IOC`s & NOC`s in the countries and communicating those to the region.
HSE
Ensures that Weatherford’s HSE policies and standards are fully implemented and sustained in all areas of responsibility,
Leads the deployment and implementation of 8GEMS, 4TENET and Occupational health programs
Conducts relevant induction, presentations and or training for RightStart, Operational Risk management or other relevant risk awareness campaigns,
General
Conducts analysis of all statistical data, trends and identifies areas for improvement.
Assists in the preparation of materials for pre-qualification, tender and contract review.
Develops an annual QHSSE improvement plan that is aligned with corporate objectives and budgets for the necessary resources.
Tracks and validates legislative change and ensures that MOC process is followed to update OEPS standards.
Develops and manages OEPS audit plan and lead audit of operations and follow up on the closure of action plans as required.
Support the utilization of company enterprise platforms (JDE, WPTS, DDS, etc) for all processes.
Know and understand Weatherford Policies and complies with all requirements of the Systems Manuals, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
When needed conducting QHSSE Workshops based on trend analysis of the incidents taking place and communicated to the operations.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Previous knowledge on RCFA processes or tools for component and system failure investigations.

Required Education:
High school diploma or higher
NEBOSH Diploma or Regional equivalent (preferred)
Required Experience:
Minimum 7 years’ industry experience with at least 3 years’ experience in relevant product line applications (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience with RCFA as investigation lead on a high profile incident.
Oilfield experience with either a service company or an operator Reliability Professional Certification.
Previous experience with quality assurance/control and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
Required Training:
Knowledge of Weatherford’s QHSSE practices, policies, procedures, software, dashboards
Broad knowledge of Product Line tools and services with proven track record.
Lead investigator Training (TapRooT 2 days Training as a minimum).
Lead auditor certification as a minimum.
The following professional certifications are not required but any of the following: P.E, CRE, CQE are desired.
