Cooperative Funeral Fund is a leading preneed and care fund management provider for funeral homes and cemeteries and currently has an opening for a Regional Sales Representative in the California market. Managing financial products exclusively for the Death Care industry, our company has created a model that takes financial and administrative burden off our clients' shoulders, allowing them to care for the families they serve. We are an independently owned and well-established preneed and care fund management company that has been in business for over 27 years and operate in 22 states across the country.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ideal candidate must be results oriented, self-motivated, very organized, trustworthy, and a proven achiever. Previous outside direct sales experience required, funeral industry experience is a plus.
Candidates should be able to:
Manage sales process from prospecting, relationship building, needs assessment, comparative analysis, demonstrating the benefits of our program, managing the timeline, and closing the sale.
In addition to generating new sales, the representative will be responsible for maintaining and servicing existing customer relationships.
Candidates applying for this role will have at a minimum:
Demonstrated ability to sell (financial products a plus) and create lasting relationships.
5 years experience in outside sales and/or death care industry.
Basic understanding of financial markets will be helpful.
Be results oriented, personable, organized, and a self-starter.
CA Residents only. Required 75% travel locally and within the state and periodic (once or twice per year) National conventions.
