This part-time contract position is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a flexible work schedule, the ability to work from home part-time during the day, and the opportunity to grow into an outside sales consultant with a territory of their own. This is an "Inside Sales" position. The majority of time will be spent cold e-mailing/calling on prospects and setting up appointments for the Outside Consultant. The primary goal is to establish qualified opportunities for the Outside Consultant to further develop and close.
Responsibilities:
· Using provided lead database, contact litigators during business hours to set up calls/meetings for the Outside Consultant.
· Fulfill quota of emails/phone calls weekly.
· Interact with company CRM database.
· Strategize with Outside Consultant on areas of focus.
· Work from email/phone sales scripts and be comfortable conversing and improvising as needed.
· Perform online demos occasionally.
Requirements
· Previous success in telemarketing and/or some form of sales or customer service.
· Professional, patient demeanor and a pleasant speaking voice.
· Comfortable interacting with Partner/C-Level prospects.
· Self-starter, disciplined, and not afraid of rejection.
· Flexible schedule as long as it is during business hours and the manager is aware of the schedule.
· Own landline/VOIP and a PC with enough memory to support the database.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Act! or similar CRM database.
· Attention to detail with thorough organizational and administrative skills.
· Good communication skills (oral and written).
· Hours must be submitted weekly.
This position pays an hourly rate plus commission and bonus.
Minimum Knowledge, Experience and Educational Requirements:
Experience in telemarketing and in-house telephone sales to senior trial attorneys in large lawfirms preferred. Direct industry experience telemarketing in the litigation field desired. Knowledge or related experience in the field of law, visual communications or computer technology is helpful.
