You are a creative professional who lives and breathes the digital media world and wants to grow your experience in the marketing and advertising industry. You will be responsible for developing digital media strategies, digital media planning, digital campaign optimization, digital media research, and reporting processes. You are a self-starter with the desire to grow your knowledge while positively creating exceptional digital media plans. The Digital Media Manager will start off with a three-month contract with the possibility to extend given the perfect candidate.
We are looking for a talented and experienced candidate who can add to the team:
Experience in developing compelling marketing campaigns and collateral with a focus on social and digital platforms that use various media and tactics to reach a targeted client base, enhance a brand profile and drive sales
Strong digital marketing experience on Google Adwords, Demand side platforms (DSPs such as DoubleClick, Centro DSP, MediaMath etc.), PPC campaigns across a variety of Search engines and Social Media Ads management
Experience in digital campaign optimization and Ad-Tracking and Ad-Serving
Demonstrated experience at reporting on SEO, SEM and SMM
Demonstrable success in developing and implementing complex marketing programs
Skills to analyze and assess the performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising campaign strategies
Ability to generate weekly/monthly KPI reports to communicate performance trends including but not limited to ROI
Capacity to A/B split testing ads and landing pages
Confident and assertive with excellent influencing and persuasion skills
Strong written and verbal communications skills, including writing for digital and social channels
Flexible and able to operate in the context of very different cultures and national approaches
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently with Account Managers in a positive productive setting
Digital Media requirements
Post-graduate qualification, diploma or undergraduate degree preferably in a digital marketing field
Multilingual experience preferred
