The Sr. Online Marketing Analyst will be the primary point of contact for all analysis, documentation, and insights about the use and behavior of prospects on all online properties including social media. The Analyst will work with all internal departments and business units to develop actionable and insightful recommendations for how to increase customer visits, conversion and engagement in the digital channels as a means of driving brand awareness, product development and growth. This person will also manage the company's website, and execute online campaigns and projects in support of said goals.

Analyze key business metrics, including user behavioral patterns, traffic and distribution trends, plus other KPIs. Develop a consistent monthly reporting process and deliver key business insights and recommendations to improve performance. Drive for alignment through data on business impacting web enhancements and projects.

Collaborate with internal and external resources to execute on website enhancement projects to support the company's business priorities, marketing objectives, and sales goals.

Monitor and analyze effectiveness of new features, web site changes, and marketing campaigns, inbound and outbound programs.

Work with IT to tag and update tracking mechanisms to ensure accuracy of data across platforms.

Support the business units with the digital content generation, conversion, management and coordination of digital content across all online properties.

Skills desired:

Minimum Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communication, psychology, MIS or related subjects.

Strong analytical skills & proven ability to turn data analysis into business-impacting insights utilizing key data and analysis applications like Google Analytics, Omniture, and/or others.

3+ years of experience performing and leading marketing analytics or web analytics in a direct marketing environment.

High aptitude for technology and online solutions which can drive brand awareness, engagement and purchase decisions.

Working knowledge of website standards, usability testing, online marketing, SEO and SEM.

Expert knowledge and capabilities in Excel and Intermediate experience with PowerPoint.

Must be familiar with a web content management system such as Sitecore and website applications such as Endeca Guided Search.

Possess a thirst to challenge the norm and push the boundaries of innovation.

Experience in project management; project team lead and project team support.

3+ years of general marketing experience preferably with product manufacturer, service provider, or CPG including 1+ year in online content management.

Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Employment Type: Permanent

Pay: $60,000 to $75,000 USD

Pay Period: Annual

Other Pay Info: bonus
