Senior Field Marketing Manager - East Region

The Senior Field Marketing Manager develops and implements field marketing and lead generation plans and programs supporting the sales organization. Key objectives include working closely with the regional sales leaders to accelerate and close business through regional events; creating awareness and education of SuccessFactors product and service offerings; establishing and managing lead generation campaigns, and generating qualified sales leads through other field marketing programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated marketing programs focused on creating awareness, education, interest and qualified sales leads aligned with business and revenue goals. Activities to include, pipeline acceleration and late stage closing events, seminar series and road shows, thought leadership programs,, third party event participation, partner programs, and more. Track marketing activity through sales follow-up and create ROI/metrics reports. Report to Director of Americas Field Marketing and works closely with sales organization.

Qualification and Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. 6+ years marketing experience, staff and vendor supervision a plus

- Experience working with a telesales organization (in-house or outsourced)

- Enterprise software experience preferred

- Financial focused marketing perspective; sees plans in terms of ROI and measurable results with a track record of successfully delivered results in an ROI based environment

- Collaborative team player willing to jump in where necessary to achieve goals and promote company growth

- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills; Clear, concise and persuasive business writing skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines when necessary

- Strong attention to detail and effective project management skills

- Proven leader with out-of-the-box ideas and able to identify fresh, forward-thinking techniques to reach lead generation and revenue goals

- Experience with commonly used marketing tools including GoToWebinar, CRM systems
