NatWest Intermediary Solutions (NWIS) provides a range of mortgage products via an extensive network of brokers (our intermediary partners).

The intermediary channel comprises around 90 Staff who together deliver over 50% of the RBS Group's new mortgage business.

Building a strong sales presence has been key to our success and this has been achieved through the teams that make up NatWest Intermediary Solutions:

Sales Support teams, based in Norwich and Birmingham, to assist brokers with any pre application queries and post sale application support for key Corporate partners.

Dedicated outbound phone sales team.

Face to face sales team, made up of field based staff across the UK.

Key corporate relationships managed by our Corporate Account Managers.

The Responsibilities

This is an excellent opportunity to join the NWIS field based Sales Team, covering London and the surrounding area. This is an important role, where you'll be working with some of our most prominent clients.  You'll play a significant part in driving our success by proactively and compliantly developing and sustaining relationships with intermediaries in your region.

Responsibilities:

To grow and meet our customer needs through delivering excellent customer service

To be accountable for ensuring key business goals are met in a manner consistent with the bank’s vision, values and yes check. Business focus to include (but not limited to) application and completions volume and value, packaging quality and conversion

Provide our customers with an excellent customer experience as evidenced by satisfaction & NPS metrics

Effectively handle concerns and complaints at first point of contact

Ensure delivery of good customer outcomes at every interaction

Drive quality interactions through face to face contact with a panel of intermediaries to earn trust, confidence and respect

Formulate and drive a business plan to achieve all KPI’s from a panel of intermediaries

Understand & adhere to Competition Law, Conflicts of Interest and the bank’s Anti Money laundering guidelines by accurately recording Gifts & Hospitality

Complete all control tasks in a timely manner to the required standard

Operate within the Training & Competence scheme ensuring the provision of accurate, full and relevant information to customers

Adhere to travel & expenses policy whilst keeping within budget and submitting returns in a timely manner

Build a strong internal network of stakeholders and support your peers

The Requirements

Experience of meeting and exceeding customer needs, relationship management, strong diary management, time management skills and experience of delivering presentations to a group of customers

Knowledge and experience of the mortgage market and working in a regulated environment is preferable

Knowledge of technology platforms GMS & ISIS would be desirable

CEMAP qualification desirable

In return, we offer an excellent salary range of £27,432 to a max of £41,148 plus 25% cash and benefit funding programme that can be tailored to suit your individual needs, making a total package of £34,290 - £51,435, a jobs needs car and a 50% incentive opportunity.
