JOB PURPOSE

This role involves successful delivery of projects of varied sizes and complexities contributing to the overall strategic direction of the organisation.

Works with end-users and stakeholders to determine their strategic and operational needs by analysing business systems, products and processes and identifying options for improvement, enabling the business to achieve its goals.

Partnering with key business users in developing the strategy, plans, structure, policies and operations of that area in order to investigate and identify options for the improvement and innovation of business systems and processes and an outcome which is customer focused. Ensuring the needs of the business are met with the solutions provided by technology services.
