Excellent opportunity to join a large commercial organisation based in Glasgow as a Learning and Development Consultant This is a full cycle training role where you will be responsible for: Design, development and delivery of training initiatives across the organisation. Identifying training needs for employees across the organisation Coordinate internal training courses and also source external training providers Supporting managers with performance management process Supporting succession planning Coaching and facilitating all levels of employees Delivery of soft skills, management and sales training You must have previous background working in a training role, ideally from a quick paced commercial environment. You will also be able to influence at all levels and will have a work experience in delivering results in a busy, dynamic environment. Travel will be required and drivers licence is essential.
