Sr. Looking for a candidate that has SAP BOBJ .NET C# Development using SAP and Microsoft ETL Data Warehouse custom application and reporting solutions. 5+ years SQL programming and performance tuning
Keys are SAP BOBJ .NET C# Development using SAP and Microsoft ETL Data Warehouse custom application and reporting solutions 5+ years SQL programming and performance tuning SQL server and Oracle development in SSIS SSRS is a plus, SAP BO 4.0 Product Suite must be well versed in all of these technologies, tall order.
UPDATED NOTES:
They are putting in a new POS system. SQL will be the Back End and Oracle will be the database. They will also be using Hanna as the database on the back and Front End. They are currently extracting information from the Front End and POS system through SSIS and SSRS. They are converting from Hanna so that they can extract the information right from the POS and save a day. The experience that we are looking for is heavy BOBJ Back End development and solid knowledge of SQL and preferably Oracle database on the Back End. We need to develop the system to extract information from the Front End POS to the Back End databases through SAP, BOBJ etc. As much Front End knowledge as possible. Hanna would be preferred and as much SSIS or SSRS would be preferred. Once again, the keys are heavy BOBJ and SQL Oracle database development.
As a Sr. Developer, you will help develop/promote an integration and reporting landscape involving reusable services for new and existing systems.
The candidate will work on application specific solutions using SAP and Microsoft software products
You will create detailed technical specifications, develop code, participate in code reviews, module testing, end to end testing and support ongoing maintenance.
Responsible for building ETL transformations, data warehouse development, custom applications, and reporting solutions based on specifications laid out by business functional teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS degree
5+ years development experience with databases and SQL programming/performance tuning, utilizing SQL Server and Oracle platforms
Extensive hands-on development experience using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Extensive hands-on development experience on the SAP Business Objects 4.0 product suite in the following areas:
- Universe Design/Development, utilizing UDT and IDT
- Web Intelligence Design (Webi)
- Crystal Reports 2011 and Crystal Enterprise Development
- Dashboard Design
- BI Launchpad and CMC
Hands-on development experience on the .NET Framework, utilizing the C# programming language
Hands-on development experience on SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) is a strong plus
Hands-on development experience using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a plus
Experience with Object Oriented Programming, Middleware, SDLC, SOA, integration patterns, XML, and JMS messaging is a plus
Ability to work well with others and collaborate to get project and tasks done
Strong business and technical analytical skills
Strong aptitude for understanding business processes
Effectively meet project deliverable deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Provide timely response, updates and technical resolution to ensure client satisfaction is maintained at all times
