Worldnow is looking for a Digital Account Manager to assist in the national sales process. This person will work with clients to drive revenue by creating smart, effective media plans for new and existing advertisers in response to both RFPs and prospecting opportunities. To do this, the Digital Account Manager must have an understanding of digital desktop display, mobile, pre-roll advertising products.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Supporting and functioning as the sales lead through constant internal and external customer communication while multi-tasking

• Responding to RFP's on time, in a fast paced - deadline driven environment

• Collaborating with the sales team to develop advertising proposals aligned with advertisers' objectives

• Consistently up-selling Worldnow solutions and opportunities to advertisers

• Serving as point of contact; creating and maintaining strong rapport with media aggregators and customers

• Analyzing and communicating online campaign results and objectives to the sales team and management

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of two years online media, advertising and/or account management experience

• Intimate familiarity with online media inventory planning/trafficking tools and technology

• Must be able to multi-task with a sense of urgency

• Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on aggressive schedules

• Must be extremely organized and have experience with keeping sales organized and on task

• Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment with a positive demeanor

• Excellent media math, interpersonal skills and clear, precise communication (written and oral) skills

• Must be accomplished in work focus, follow-up and time management skills

• Proficient with comScore, DFP and experience with local news digital media preferred

• Bachelor's degree; emphasis in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business preferred

• Ability to travel for agency meetings/presentations and trade shows
