About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and driven Marketing Communications Specialist to join our highly successful marketing team. On this position you will report to the Marketing Communications Manager and will be responsible for PAN EMEA marketing activities including advertising, event marketing and trade shows, email marketing, regional sales collateral, promotions, webinars as well as general marketing support to the Sales teams.

Responsibilities:

- Manage PAN EMEA and some local market events (3rd party industry events, internal sales acceleration and close events)

- Manage PAN EMEA webinar series, for prospects and customers

- Plan and execute on net-new campaigns quarterly

- Lead the EMEA Workshop Series, for prospects and customers focusing on the Workforce Planning & Analytics products

- Responsible for EMEA budget process management and liaising with EMEA Financial Controllers and accountants on monthly basis

- Support and coordinate with Regional Marketing Managers, Regional Vice Presidents and EMEA Lead Generation team to communicate and execute on PAN EMEA campaigns, events and webinars to ensure a prompt follow up of leads generated

- Manage day to day marketing activities including liaising with vendors and PR agencies, content generation, website optimization, data segmentation and targeting, CRM management and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing programmes and campaigns

- Responsible for collateral generation and exhibition materials, maintain collateral and ensure consistent with brand guidelines

- Support and facilitate branding/positioning implementation efforts, work with local design and translation agencies

- Liaise with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing and Global Regional teams to ensure alignment and secure speakers for events

- Work with SAP Market Units (regions), lines of business in both sales and marketing and develop and execute on joint identified and agreed events

- Leverage membership and participation in trade groups, organisations, and events

- Assist in the development of opportunities including event marketing initiatives, user conferences, and other event participation and sponsorship

- Manage event, campaign and budget trackers. Ensure all reports are up to date as required

- Provide general sales support as needed

Necessary Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel & PowerPoint

- Large scale event management

- Accuracy & attention to detail

- Budget management

- Strong negotiator to secure the best event packages

- Webinar hosting (Preferably via WebEx)

- Proficiency in CRM management and operations

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

- Good inquiring and problem-solving mind

- Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment with both local and remote colleagues
