McGladrey is looking for a Lead SQL Developer/Integration Development Lead to join our expanding Southern CA Consulting practice. NO 3rd party submittals.Â

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for development, integration, and data migration efforts
- Consult with clients about ERP, CRM, and BI technologies.
- Gather client requirements and document technical specifications
- Install, configure, and perform customizations to ERP/CRM and legacy solutions
- Design and create integrations with ERP/CRM
- Perform system testing and end user client training
- Design/create reports
- Complete project tasks as assigned, on time and budget
- Provide client status updates to project manager and clients on a regular basis
- Ability to define, create and complete project deliverables with minimal guidance.
- Ability to independently manage individual time and tasks
- Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations  Â
Required Experience:
- Experience in SQLServer 2005/2008, with excellent skills in database concepts, transact-SQL programming, via. Functions, triggers, stored procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP eConnect and Web Services
- Performance tuning and data modeling skills
- Microsoft ERP functional experience in GL, Payables Management, Receivables Management, Sales Ordering Processing, Purchase Order Processing, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Field Services, Contract Management, Multi currency, FRx, Management Report
- Technical experience specific to Microsoft ERP Solutions (i.e. SQL, Report Writer, SSRS, SSIS, Integration Manager, SmartList Builder, Extender)
- Knowledge of product development life cycle.
- Strong VB.NET / C# programming and coding skills (Dexterity a plus)
- Experience in running GP, IM, FRx through a Citrix environment
- Experience in 3rd party add-ons
- Microsoft ERP certifications a plus
- Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Experience:
- Core development skills, with 7-10+ years of experience as a working manager
- Consulting experience (has been part of an organization versus an independent contractor)
- Can speak in business terms and translate technology-speak into business value
- Managerial experience
- Experience with business applications such as Microsoft ERP/CRM, SQL, and related middleware solutions
