About the Role
Our BI processes are considered best practice across the globe. Our system extracts data from client payroll / HRIS databases and we transform it into Workforce Management Reports, Planning Forecasts and Benchmarks in support of our clients across North America, Europe and Australasia.
The Information Services (IS) team are responsible for the technical delivery of:
- The end-to-end business intelligence solution which backs our Analytics and Planning products. This includes extraction, staging, building our data warehouse, building OLAP cubes and finally publishing to the web in the form of an interactive dashboard.
- Premium Reporting across full suite of SuccessFactors modules.
- Building Data Integration Interfaces between the SuccessFactors HRIS (Employee Central) and other SuccessFactors modules and 3rd party systems.
Previous experience is not required as the successful applicant will be provided with comprehensive hands on training.

Key duties include:
- Data analysis
- Data modeling
- Implementation and testing of development items
- Development of ad hoc reports from various data sources for use both internally and externally
- Preparation and updating of Technical Specification Documents
- Generating ad hoc SQL queries for verification purposes
- Data integration:
- Data transfer protocols including Web Services
- Interpretation and application of business logic and physical data mapping
