QPS is seeking an engaging, performance-driven sales professional for our Fond du lac, WI territory. As an Account Executive, you will work both independently and as part of a 15+ person sales team. You will be supported by our corporate headquarters comprised of a full-service marketing team, accounts receivable and IT department. Leverage this opportunity to grow as a Sales professional while increasing your income.
Account Executives do not require overnight travel, and receive incentives such as an expense account, mobile phone and car allowance.

Duties:
• Develop new business opportunities to drive sales revenue within sales territory
• Provide high level of customer service to ensure clients needs are being met
• Locate and contact potential business clients to offer staffing services
• Customize sales presentations to be used with prospective clients in order to acquire new accounts
• Handle price and term negotiations to secure new business contracts
• Maintain and document required information in database
• Communicate customer's needs to internal employees who will also be servicing the accounts
• Monitor account performance
• Build solid client base
• Increase sales revenue by meeting weekly sales goals
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of professional outside sales experience with a strong track record of performance. Ideal experience in service industry.
• Professional presentation skills before senior level executives and business decision makers
• Demonstrate problem solving and negotiation skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
