Job description: PC Technician II
• Provides 1st and 2nd level support for end-users to resolve any PC issues. Providing customer service at the helpdesk which includes supporting end users by responding to technical questions and issues, fielding work orders, following up and documenting resolutions. Installing, imaging, diagnosing, and/or resolving problems with personal computer hardware, related peripheral devices, software, and/or network services. Install local and network connected printers. Troubleshooting and providing client support of network security, software, operating system, and/or system performance issues.
• Active Directory experience
• SCCM experience
• Mobile Device management
• 2FA
• Remote Software (Logmein – Cicso Spark)
• Utilize a Work Order Tracking system (TrackIT)
• Apple certification a plus as well as a Windows 10 certification.
