In order to ensure that Retirement Concepts continues to provide superb levels of care across its facilities the company is hiring a new Vice President, Operations. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Vice President, Operations is responsible for all aspects of the operations including delivery of care, regulatory reporting, quality standards, service excellence, people leadership and financial performance. As a member of the executive leadership team, the Vice President, Operations will deliver on corporate performance targets that align with Retirement Concepts’ values and mission to deliver care at the highest levels of excellence.

As the ideal candidate, you bring progressively senior operational leadership experience ideally gained in a complex, unionized, multi-site environment. Your experience could be from the healthcare sector as a clinical care or residential services leader or from the private sector as a senior operations leader overseeing complex operations with a strong focus on client/customer service. Alternatively, your experience could be in health care consulting, hospitality, or other service industry that includes previous operational leadership.  A proactive, tenacious and diplomatic leader, you have a passion for providing high quality service, and have demonstrated the ability to hold a team accountable to ensure that service and business objectives are met.
