Position Overview:
Reporting to our Loss Prevention Security Specialist to drive loss prevention and security
efforts by performing Loss Prevention responsibilities in accordance with company
policies and procedures, in order to drive sales and profits.
Responsibilities:
Facility Entrance/Exit
-°© Checks badges and identification of persons entering the Facility, issues visitor
badges, and notifies Facility Associates when visitors arrive
-°© Monitors all Associates that leave the Facility
-°© Utilizes the CCTV System to monitor activities inside and outside the Facility
Safety and Inspections
-°© Conducts daily and monthly inspections
-°© Monitors Facility and Associate parking lots for unsafe conditions
-°© Conducts patrol activity inside and outside the Facility to detect unsafe conditions,
physical security risks or occurrences, theft risks or incidents, and shrinkage risks and
incidents
-°© Will conduct preliminary investigations and document accidents and injuries
Investigations and Reporting
-°© Prepares reports of irregularities, investigations, incidents, thefts, and shrinkage
Consistently meets established performance standards for the role, including (but
not limited to) product and service sales, customer service, productivity, and
attendance
-°© Will conduct preliminary investigations and document accidents and injuries as
directed
Emergency Response
-°© May be required to render CPR or other first responder duties

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
• One year in a security environment
• High school diploma
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Previous assignments requiring calmness during potentially stressful situations
• Conflict management experience
• Ability to stand and walk for more than 4 hours continuously
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to withstand hot and cold working conditions
• Computer literacy
• Word and Excel skills
• Work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
