**Job Description:**
The successful candidate for this role will:
+ Conducts customer service satisfaction surveys with using company database to gather feedback on the customer experience.
+ Obtains proof of delivery documents from local delivery accounts to accompany the customer invoice.
+ Data entry of customer orders into company database.
+ Edits order attributes in company databases to ensure accurate billing and personnel payment
+ Matches scanned documents with company order entry records.
+ Consolidate customer invoices by reviewing order details in the company order entry system.
**What does it take to be considered?**
The following is required:
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus specialized training
+ 1-6 months related experience and/or training
+ **OR** an equivalent combination of education and experience
Other desired skills:
+ Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced, high energy environment
+ Excellent communication, problem solving, and customer service skills
+ Must possess strong computer skills, including typing and Microsoft Office programs
