Under general supervision, the incumbent develops and executes fact-based reporting to support the organization by enhancing decision making insights. As the subject matter expert in unlocking data, the incumbent will facilitate translation to actionable insight to achieve company goals.
**The successful candidate for this role will:**
+ Manage internet search engine optimization by researching industry keyword trends and key competitor search rankings to formulate strategies to increase the organization’s on-line profile.
+ Manage company internet content by as it relates to driver recruiting by monitoring site visitor traffic, flow and actions in conjunction with data best practices to enable cost effective lead generation and increase conversions.
+ Manage Adobe Analytics account for driver recruitment team, including campaign set-up, monitoring and analysis to drive marketing recommendations.
+ Evaluate third party marketing technology by conducting GAP Analyses to make procurement decisions.
+ Facilitate third party marketing technology integrations by working with our internal customers and technology team to ensure that company objectives are met.
+ Develop marketing data analytics and reporting structures for third party and internal sources to ensure maximum return on investment.
What does it take to be considered?
+ Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in Marketing, Finance, or a related field from four-year college or university;
+ Two years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Have a working knowledge of web search engine optimization techniques, e-commerce marketing, project management, budgeting and cost control.
+ Have the ability to render decision support based on marketing data analysis.
+ Must be a Adobe Certified Professional, and have a Google Adwords Certification.
