Your Position:
Accenture’s Security Practice is one of the fastest growing areas of the business with significant growth plans through additional recruitment and acquisitions. The Digital Identify Application Consultant provides advisory and technical support to help our clients design and deploy next generation Identify and Access Management (IAM) solutions to respond to the increasing changes in technology and business needs. You will provide subject matter expertise and utilise your business acumen to work collaboratively with our clients to advise, design, build and implement pragmatic IAM solutions.

• Working with global organisations and the related complexity of their cyber security requirements;
• Working in a multi-disciplined team of Strategy, Digital and Technology professionals to bring the best of Accenture to our clients;
• Working with and managing a multi-shore delivery team to provide cost-effective consulting services;
• Customising Accenture’s knowledge assets to support designs that are appropriate for each client;
• Designing pragmatic but effective Cyber Security defences for our clients.
Your role:
As a digital identity consultant, you will:
• Manage and deliver projects from the early planning phase through the successful deployment of the solutions.
• Assist clients in developing strategies to close the gap of IAM by providing high value consultancy work.
• Coordinate international teams of experts to bring the best value to our clients
• Perform current state assessments of IAM, including benchmarking/maturity assessments, developing strategies and roadmaps for improvement
• Develop IAM policies & procedures, architectures, use cases, test and implementation plans.
• Define Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Entitlement, and Segregation of Duty models.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor or master’s degree
• 3+ years of strong experience in design and architecture of IAM Solutions
• 2+ years of experience with at least one of the following IAM products: Sailpoint IIQ, Evidian IG&A, Forgerock, Oracle OAM/IDM, IBM Tivoli Identity Manager or Access Manager etc.
• 2+ years of experience with one or more security directories such as: Windows Active directory, RHEL directory, IBM Security Directory Server, Oracle directory services etc.
• Experience in business modelling, application onboarding and I&AM process definition
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SABSA is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral in English and French
• Strong interpersonal skills: able to work in a team, work under pressure and flexible
• Experience in a professional’s services firm is a plus
