US GREEN is looking for a sales team that can grow and flourish with our company. EXPERIENCE IN SOLAR IS PREFERRED. We can do any solar project from a residential house to various commercial projects such as schools, churches, solar farms and any commercial buildings. We don't just do solar, we also sell TURF, POOL PUMPS, WINDOWS, WHOLE HOUSE FANS AND SOLAR FANS. We are not limited to one product or one way of thinking. We want to bring people on board that think about the customer and are forward thinking.
There are also opportunities for someone to move up within the company to sales manager positions and management positions as well.
Qualifications:
-Ability to generate self-generated leads (with monthly quotas)
-Host Public Speaking meetings for Solar and Renewable Energy
-Solar Sales Experience or Top Producer of a Sales Organization
-In home sales experience
-Proven record of closing deals and meeting sales goals
-Strong computer skills (will use online Solar Proposal and selling tools).
-Great Presentation skills.
-Professional Appearance, attitude, speech, and social skills
-Must be coachable
-Must be able to be approved through the Contractors State Licensing Board qualification for an in-home salesperson.
-No prior convictions or felonies
-Must have self-transportation
