Summary:
Direct Hire opportunity in the Perimeter. We are seeking an extremely bright, energetic self-starter with excellent customer service skills. We are also seeking someone who wants to be a major contributor in a small, dynamic work environment, loves a challenge, and have a strong balance of communication and people skills.
Responsibilities:
Work with project team, customers, and management to prioritize requirements and develop and maintain detailed project plans using Central Desktop
Include project charter and scope, phases, tasks, assignments, dependencies, and target date
Use effective meeting management skills to initiate, develop agenda, conduct, and provide minutes so that all appropriate parties are kept up-to-date regarding project status and issues
Maintain a log of all project-related issues, and escalate to management, Business Systems Analyst, or other appropriate parties. Coordinate the resolution of issues and communicate resolution to all appropriate parties. Lead team in identifying and managing risk factors for the project and develop mitigation plans to address the risks
Ensure success of the project by taking ownership of deliverables and assist/perform analysis, testing, support, training, or other tasks as necessary
Ensure that project team members communicate status and issues as appropriate. Establish and coordinate the plan for migration of the project into production
Oversee and manage project team members, including software engineers, configuration analysts, QA engineers and technical writers
Assist management with special assignments, such as evaluating vendors, gathering/evaluating consultant proposals, or other responsibilities as requested. Provide input to personnel management decisions as appropriate
Assist in project financial reporting including budgetary, forecasting and variance analysis
Manage customer expectations and communicate with other groups as needed to ensure successful implementation
Serve as single point of contact for our customers
Manage project budget to ensure timely, profitable delivery of service
Support our Ongoing Services team, providing "out-of-band" work to existing customers
Qualifications:
Exp. managing customers Post-Sales, including managing configuration of a product and making recommendations for tool utilization
SaaS OR off-the-shelf product exp. (CRM or financial packages software a major plus)
Business Process Analysis utilizing Visio
