Implementation Manager (ideally NHS or Temp Workforce exp) to c£45k + bonus, based Warrington. This successful company is seeking to recruit an Implementation Manager to manage the implementation of state-of-the-art Workforce Procurement software solutions into NHS Trusts which provide significant cost savings.

THE ROLE

The Implementation Manager will work closely with the Development team and Project Manager and have extensive contact with clients, and third parties.

•Managing concurrent project implementations, bespoke requirements, and system enhancements to clients

•Managing an Implementation team responsible gathering requirements, producing technical specifications, testing and training

•Deploying technical resource over project implementation lifecycle

•Oversee resolution of project implementation issues

•Oversee MI reports for NHS Trusts, budgeting, change requests etc

•Liaise with NHS Trusts to ensure systems are being used to the optimum performance.

•The role will involve some travel to client sites over the UK and therefore you should possess a full UK driving licence.

THE PERSON

•Understanding of Software Development and Implementation Life Cycle

•Knowledge of Agile & Waterfall methodologies

•Business Analysis/requirements gathering

•Process Mapping, Data import/export

•Specifying technical requirements

•Testing

•SQL, VBA, Excel

•Previous supervisory or management experience

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ideally the Implementation Manager will have experience of Payroll/Temporary Workforce software solutions within a recruitment agency environment or experience of flexible workforce or ESR within the NHS.
