Entry & Jr Level ASP.NET MVC E-commerce Enterprise B2B & Mobile Application Software Programming, Development & Implementation

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Position requires one (1) to three (3) minimum solid years work experience in the following Entry Level to Jr Level Job Opening:

ASP.NET (v4.0  to v 4.5); ASP.NET MVC (Model View Controller), Visual Studio 2008/  2010/2012,   C#, C+,  WEB FORMS, CSS, HTML client side Scripting, jQuery, JavaScript, VBScript, Ajax, Soap, Visio, Visual SourceSafe (VSS), Team Foundation Server, HTML5 and CSS/3.

A PLUS:   With experience in Visual Studio 2013, Visual Studio Express, 2010/2012/2013, VisualSVN and Visual Studio Testing Tools.

A HUGE PLUS:  With one (1) year minimum co-op work experience in Microsoft Technologies providing application software programming and development.

Experience in MVS in any or all of the following:  Business Layer, Display Layer and Input Control (Controller Logic development plus Drag-and-drop web controls and web components.

Experience in mobile application development in iOS and Android in any of the following:

Rich Content Mobile apps -  or - Silverlight for Mobile or Asp.NET; WEB  - or - Thin Content Mobile or Windows Forms - or-  WPF -  or- Windows Forms User Controls - or -  XAML Browser Application (XBAP) using WPF - or -  Hosted Sandboxed application in MS Explorer  and  Mozilla -or-  FireFox on Windows -  and/or - other related mobile application software technologies/platforms.

Knowledge, understanding and experience within Windows Workflow (WF), Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Windows Communication Foundation (WCF); Windows Driver Foundation (WDF) or Entity Frameworks.

Software Configuration Management, UML, Use Case Design Solutions, IIS Server Configuration, User Interface (UI) Components Development, unit testing & test driven development (TDD) using Agile SDLC methodologies.

XSL, XSLT, XML, HTML, DHTML.

Experience working within a Windows Enterprise Server 2008 and/or Windows Server 2012 environment.

Database Normalization, Database development, database migration in Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers and functions.

Knowledge and Understanding in the following Technologies:

Software Configuration Management and Change Control.

Net Framework Windows Communication Foundation Tools v4.0 - v4.5  and .NET Framework Debugging Tools v 4.0 - v 4.5.

Patterns of Enterprise Application Architecture; Service Oriented Architecture (SOA); Microsoft Enterprise Library (MSEL) and RESt;

XML Transformation Technologies, XML Schemas, SSIS, SSRS and SaaS.

CUSTOM USER INTERFACES (UI) Development; Feature Driven Development (FDD) and Extreme Programming;

Required Skills & Abilities

Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal/soft skills with proactive thinking skills & abilities.

Ability to handle pressure and ability to adapt to changes due to working on multiple projects with multiple requirements and in meeting project delivery dates.

Requires excellent analytical skills, troubleshooting skill, problem solving skills and debugging skills and abilities.

Ability to quickly adapt to change within a moment's notice due to changes within project scope, requirements, timelines, delivery date and etc., with proven experience meeting and achieving project objectives.

Experience working within a fast-paced team development environment as well as working independently on other applications development assignments.

Experience effectively integrating into a team environment.

EDUCATION:

Requires a four (4) year B.S. Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related 4 year Technology Degree (may consider a 2 year Associates Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology  or another related area with equivalent work experience within the above listed areas of technology).

A PLUS: CERTIFICATION in either MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) and/or related Certification or willing to obtain Certification.

FULL TIME SALARY:  $40000 - $65000 Full Time salary with Benefits   - (Salary Negotiable)

START DATE:  August of 2014

LOCATION:

Youngstown, Ohio (located within Mahoning County, Mahoning Valley; Near Columbiana County and Trumbull County.  Plus - Youngstown, Ohio is located next to  Western Pennsylvania which is a commutable distance to  Youngstown from cities located within Western Pennsylvania.
