Brilliant opportunity to join a rapidly growing software company who have developed a completely new HR/Business application that is making waves in the industry, working heavily with Blue Chip organisations.
The company has been established for over 15 years and have seen great success; 5 years ago the business produced a not-seen before application, over the course of these 5 years the app has gone from strength to strength and the company is now pulling in Blue Chip Clients weekly.
Last year the business grew it's turnover by around 30% which can heavily be attributed to this exciting new application.
You will be part of a friendly and incredibly active development team that currently has 11 Developers/Designers spanning Android, iOS, .NET and UI/UX with plans to double within the next 12-24 months.
The environment is described internally as friendly, laid-back and highly productive. The team is tight knit and has a strong collective culture that encourages innovation and supports career growth. You will be very much left to your own devices, but will have a wealth of knowledge around you when you require support.
We are not looking for the 'perfect person', the important thing is that you come from a development background, you absolutely love technology and are motivated by learning new sets of skills covering website and application development.
There will be a healthy combination of greenfield and maintenance projects, you will be working with global businesses and large corporates, including Financial Services, Government, International Sport Clubs and eCommerce.
We are highly flexible on your background, you could be a graduate with strong personal project experience/work experience, have 12-24 months experience looking for an exciting long-term role to take your career to the next level or a more experienced Developer looking to join an expert, like-minded team.
The company can also be flexible with working arrangements on a case by case basis - potentially able to offer an element of remote work for people with long commutes.
