Prestigious Enterprise firm seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Technology Architect to work in the Enterprise Architecture team to exclusively support the team that supports the global marketing organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide architecture and technology leadership across a range of marketing technologies in areas of: SEO/SEM/eTailer (Buy now capabilities), Data Analytics and Optimization to enable LEAN marketing, Mobile and Web Technologies, Social Media Platforms, Content Technologies (Generation, Acquisition, Publishing and Syndication), Trading Desk and DMP technologies to enable efficient media buying, eCommerce technologies, CRM (Customer 360 along with targeting via omni-channel), Marketing Technology Operations area, etc.
Have foundational experience in application architecture (web preferred), master data mgmt., integration (web services/REST), security (Web Access Mgmt and APIs), architecting infrastructure for large scale shared web infrastructure (preferably using cloud technologies)
Experience with integrating on-premise hosted and cloud bases SaaS solutions.
Develop technology roadmaps and strategies along with guidance on implementation approaches that consider both tactical and strategic direction
Suggest innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, performance improvements, and better user experiences
Partner with our Marketing Technology Function (within the business) and the ITS-Global Marketing Team to develop and recommend innovative approaches to solving business and technical problems
Provide architecture consulting for the ITS- Global Marketing organization
Keep up-to-date on new methodologies, technologies, standards, protocols and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment
Participate in the identification of new technologies as well as the development, review and approval of enterprise architectural standards, processes, frameworks and guiding principles
Proactively researches new vendors, technologies, and industry best practices. Determines relevancy and impact of implementing new solution architecture methodologies
Provide technical due diligence of software products and platforms. Create technical assessments, based on criteria including cost, security, vendor fit, alignment to objectives, reliability, and scalability
Design architectures for complex, multi-tier, multi-channel, enterprise scale systems
Provide direction on complex API integrations that interact with internal and external components
Develop strategies for SaaS versus on premise solutions that factor in cost, integration, security, mobile access, and ability to customize
Recommend highly relevant experiences for consumers in Real Time, using the latest technologies to increase awareness, engagement, sales and profits
Optimize marketing processes and integrate across the enterprise in order to maximize the opportunities of data, analytics and marketing outcomes
QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of continuous experience in web software engineering, software development, solution architecture
Bachelor's degree in related field
Possess strong leadership skills and exhibit creative thinking to be able to come up with inventive solutions to solve business challenges
Provide thought leadership while keeping up with industry trends, and disseminating information to coworker
Experience working with blended teams consisting of employees, vendors, and consultants with both onshore and offshore resources
Experience in Big 5 consulting, Large System Integrators and/or Digital Agencies
Strong Technical leadership of Application Development teams and vendors
Extensive experience collaborating with solution, information, and application architects and infrastructure engineers to identify, design, and implement highly complex, end-to-end solutions
Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies
Experience with SOAP and REST based Web Services, and Enterprise Service Bus
Knowledge of web programming languages like .Net, Java, RoR, PHP etc
Working knowledge of Mobile application design and development for multiple platforms and form factors including: native, hybrid, and mobile web, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Frameworks
Experience with analytics tools and software used to analyze data collected from digital activities that track interactions, interpret the results and then properly respond by adjusting digital marketing strategies as necessary
Competence with Product Information Management, CRM, Digital Asset Management, Social Collaboration, and Web Experience Management systems
Working knowledge of complex network environments such as dual data center designs, Microsoft Active Directory, and global and local network load balancers
Experience with relational database solutions such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2
Experience with operating systems such as Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and Unix
Experience with security controls such as Cryptography, Authentication, Authorization, and Single Sign On
Collaborate with CRM and Marketing Analytics leaders to establish an enterprise technical architecture for CRM and Analytics infrastructure
Extensive experience collaborating with solution, information, and application architects and infrastructure engineers to identify, design, and implement highly complex, end-to-end solutions
Enterprise Architecture modelling tools such as Alfabet, Telelogic System Architect
Enterprise Architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman
Experience with user experience design, information architecture, and business architecture

Other Pay Info: 125k-145k + 15% bonus
