What you'll do

As a Technology Support Analyst, you'll investigate, action, document and resolve incidents and issues arising within our Production systems. You'll provide 2nd, and sometimes 3rd, level support for RBS International Production applications and keep ‘business as usual’ running effectively and communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders involved in delivery of service to maintain the currency of the applications, in partnership with other Technology teams.

You'll also undertake enhancements to the supported systems in line with business needs and priorities, and produce documentation of both a technical and descriptive nature

What you'll bring

You'll possess a sound knowledge of change management and will have a track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers through excellent verbal and written communication skills. You'll need to be able to deliver quality under pressure and actively manage risks within the application stack. You'll also support project implementation, so you'll need knowledge of project management lifecycles.

Basic knowledge of SQL may prove to be an advantage, but is not essential.

Due to local legislation, you'll need to possess the right to work and live in Jersey to undertake this role.
