Iroquois Springs, located just 90 miles from New York City, in the heart of the lower Catskill Mountains, is a co-ed residential camp for children age 7 -16. We are seeking energetic, self-motivated and enthusiastic people to join our summer team and help shape the summer camp experience for our campers and yourselves. While being a positive role model for children, you will enjoy the chance to be outdoors, active and experience summer memories in an environment second to none!!
The Arts & Crafts / Hobby Director will oversee and manage 9 Art / Hobby Studios that include general A & C, Ceramics, Jewelry, Model Making, Digital Media and More.... Responsibilities include management of staff, ordering supplies, inventory control, creativity in programming and beyond.
Don't worry if your skills are not proficient in all the above mediums, we are searching for someone with a broad range of skills, creative background, organized and willingness to give 100% everyday in a fun, rewarding environment!
As part of our summer team you will have an opportunity to partake in a variety of Land and Field Sports, Fine and Performing Arts, Outdoor Adventure, High and Low Ropes, Aquatics, Boating and all the different aspects of camp that make Iroquois Springs a magical place for children.
Most of all, you will have the power to shape the lives of campers and help them to enjoy camp in a wonderfully safe and rewarding community.
