Brew Café is a rapidly expanding restaurant group. We are well established in London and our head office is based in Putney, south-west London.
Currently operating from six restaurants in London Brew is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Brew Café is founded on the Melbourne/Sydney dining scene where relaxed but professional service compliments well sourced and well put together food. We go to great lengths to source the best produce from local suppliers. In our flagship restaurant in Putney we make all of our own bread, cure all our bacon, bake all our cakes and deliver it out fresh each morning to each restaurant.
We take the same effort and care to build beautiful well designed restaurants that are functional to work in but also focal points for the local community.
We have built up a large professional construction team which builds and maintains all of our restaurants. We intend to open 6 new restaurants which fall into one of our two restaurant brands in 2017 and many more in the years after:

All applicants should have a minimum of one year’s experience working in a UK architectural practice. Good working knowledge of of AutoCAD, InDesign and Photoshop is a must.
This new vacancy is perfect for an architect who wants to be able to really show their skill and design and put it into practice in a real visceral environment. You will be lead in terms of design aesthetic but the design of the restaurant will ultimately be yours.

Responsibilities will include:
design of the restaurants
production of the list of works
project management of the builds working alongside the head of construction
sourcing of all building components
liaising with local authorities
liaising with building control
presenting new ideas and best practice in the industry
Remuneration will be £25,000 upwards depending on experience and skill base.
We are a truly entrepreneurial company and have joint ventures with other forward thinking companies including a shared office space company in east London with which we are leading the design and fitting out of their new units. The successful candidate would be taking a lead on this as well.
You will be provided with all the necessary computer equipment and software licenses that you need to perform your role. You will also have a large desk space to operate from our head office.
