Daily Responsibilities
•Organizes & implements Revit technology and processes for Microdesk clients
•Ensures compliance with client Revit Standards and strives to maximize team productivity
•Maintains client Revit families, templates, and best practices
•Organizes BIM data exchange with consultants, contractors & fabricators throughout project lifecycle
•Optimizes BIM project scheduling, quantity take-offs & estimating throughout the project lifecycle
•Organizes weekly BIM coordination meetings to discuss issues and schedules
•Assesses team’s BIM capabilities, providing client with quality check report
•Arranges and provides Autodesk BIM training and technical support
•Reviews BIM and CAD documents for quality assurance & control at critical project milestones

Qualifications
•Must possess advanced proficiency in Revit, NavisWorks and other Digital Design software
•Strong skill set in architectural design documentation and detailing
•Must be experienced in current architectural practice, standards, policies, and procedures
•Basic knowledge of Revit-driven performance, scripting and analysis tools
•Knowledge and creation of BIM Execution Plans
•Can multitask, work efficiently and guide client teams toward BIM-driven project deadlines
•Has proactively developed BIM procedures to meet on-demand project needs
•Has coordinated BIM model exchange between clients, consultants, and CM’s

Software
•Advanced Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture, Navisworks
