Our Studio :
– We have a beautiful studio environment with an oasis feel – a glazed central courtyard area, abundance of natural light, residential kitchen setup and private breakout spaces.
– Our studio is located in lively Fitzroy in Melbourne, everything is walking distance including Melbourne’s best retail and hospitality.
Our Culture :
– We have controlled and monitored working hours. Our studio respects our staff and work culture. Workloads are monitored and managed by a dedicated production manager. We do not encourage a culture of late hours or weekend work.
-The whole team comes together on each project, not only are workflow and resources discussed, but also creative art direction, options and possibilities. This is a collaborative environment where your ideas can be heard, considered and implemented.
– Our no headphone environment is designed to encourage communication, collaboration, conversations and laughter. Music is always playing through the studio with a selection that is as varied, and unique, as our team.
– Within this role, client liaison is minimum. You are part of the creative process however you do not manage the clients. They do not have direct access to you and variations and markups are managed through the project team. This allows you to concentrate on producing beautiful imagery.
– This is a hard working studio environment which strives to achieve the best creative outcome for every project. This is not a process driven by Directors or individual artists, but rather it’s a creative environment driven by the interpretation of the project brief within a collaborative environment.
Our Resources :
– You will have a brand new HP workstation, with 2 × 27inch WQHD monitors.
– Full access to any software program, plugins or assets. If we don’t have it, we’ll purchase it. This also extends to books and office magazine subscriptions.
Our Projects :
– Our clients are driven by quality, attention detail and engage us for our creative consultation and collaboration. Our clients are particular, design driven. The architects, interior designers and branding agencies are considered the best in their field and the developers have an appreciation and respect for high level creative thinking and visualisation.
– The studio has a cross section of varied project scales from multiple towers to multi-million dollar single dwelling developments.
What you offer
Base Skills :
– Extraordinary architectural visualisation. Beautiful lighting, realistic textures, impeccable attention to detail.
– Expert in 3dsmax
– We use Corona. So should you. If you are a V-Ray expert that’s great, the transition is easy.
Bonus Skills :
– Animation experience
– Proven experience in creative art direction
