The successful candidate will get a great start to their career as an IT Field Service Technician. You will get to undertake a wide range of tasks and learn from real experts with whom you will be working. Salary: £100-£150 per week
Level of apprenticeship and Framework: Edexcel – Advanced Apprenticeship for IT, Software, Web and Telecoms Professionals (IT Support Pathway)
Location of Training: Hammersmith/Canary Wharf
Funding for this work based learning opportunity is available for 16-18 year olds only.

Apprenticeship role:
This is an exciting role to deliver a high quality IT support service. In the process learn the underpinning knowledge to assist you in your career as a Developer. This role requires performance of the day-to-day tasks necessary to support European Raid Arrays client base and their IT related requirements.
This will include: 1st line support work, process and protocol management, ad-hoc project related tasks and administration.
This opportunity is ideal for an individual who is passionate about IT and focused on delivering a great service to internal stakeholders. It requires a strong communicator, with an analytical mind set who is motivated by translating user requirements into action.
The successful learner will deliver key 1st line support and assistance to ERA Group Clients, along with administratively supporting the IT Manager function. The apprentice will gain a full understanding of how a Managed IT service is delivered to SME clients, along with the opportunity to enhance and refine these services.
The apprentice will begin their role undertaking fairly simple tasks in order that he or she can learn about our business and get settled in. After this settling in period, we will expect our apprentice to take on more ambitious tasks with less supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Remote technical support
Interaction with ERA Group Clients.
Provide 1st point of contact for Walk-Ups.
Administratively support the IT Manager.
Administratively support the Building Manager.
Understand the IT Protocols of the Department.
Understand Technical Requirements of ERA Group Clients.
Understand how IT underpins and facilitates business.
