A subscriptions and marketing assistant is required to join an independent magazine publisher based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.
They are an entrepreneurial and fast-paced business, and their dedicated team produces a variety of niche publications, with an increasing lean towards live events and multimedia publishing.
About the role:
The company is looking for a self-motivated team player to join their lively marketing department, to work across various elements of subscription and event marketing. Working closely with other members of the department, you will be instrumental in producing effective campaigns across our portfolio. The successful candidate will be self-confident, able to juggle a variety of responsibilities and have a positive can-do attitude.
This role includes but is not limited to:
- Planning and implementing the subscription promotions for a variety of magazine titles
- Marketing, organising and working at the company's shows and events
- Planning the company's presence at third-party events, and attending them
- Liaising with suppliers, advertisers and exhibitors
- Writing effective marketing copy for print and online audiences
- Using social media platforms to engage with our readership and widen our reach
- Meeting tight deadlines and hitting subscription revenue targets on a monthly basis
- Having a focus on our digital magazines and how we can engage further with our digital audience
- Helping with certain administrative tasks as and when the need arises.
