Sales & Marketing Executive - £30,000 (£21,000 + £9,000) OTE - Egham

Spargonet is looking for an ambitious and driven graduate to take on the role of a sales and marketing executive.

As an organisation we are looking to grow substantially in the next couple of years and iincreasing new business development is a key driver for this growth.

The successful candidate will be speaking with major blue chip organisations within the UK. Working within the existing sales team to help drive and develop a pipeline to achieve the company objective for growth.

Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have the drive and determination to achieve in a competitive market. You will need resilience and tenacity alongside excellent communication skills and telephone manner.

This is an integral role where you will be at the forefront of the company's expansion plans and able to show your potential for progression.

Responsibilities will include:

Generate new business leads by organising meetings for the sales team

Proactively researching new business ideas & prospective clients

Hitting daily, weekly and monthly KPI's in line with the business requirements

Organise and be responsible for your own schedule; you must be able to work both independently and as a team

Support sales and marketing campaigns
