Lead Business Analyst (Financial Services, Team Lead, Wealth)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead/Senior Business Analyst to join my leading Financial Services client and become a cornerstone of their business.
As their Lead BA you will be responsible for establishing senior stakeholder relationships; providing details of their solution and shaping client implementations; defining, resourcing and leading teams of Business Analysts; promoting their culture and identity within the BA Community; mentoring and training other BAs and the ensuring the appropriateness and quality of all business analysis deliverables on significant programmes across the UK.
To be considered for this exciting and challenging role you must have:
*Exceptional leadership, line management and organisational skills, gained in a Financial Services delivery environment
*A reputation as a recognised subject matter expert in analysis with a proven track-record of leading analysis on large-scale, complex programmes
*Extensive experience of influencing senior stakeholders and driving programmes
*Experienced in working with third party suppliers and must understand the importance of good, clear communication and collaboration
*Be able to demonstrate both a flexible and proactive approach
*At least 5 years' experience working on either Platforms or within Wealth Management
*At least 8 years' experience working as a business analyst
Successful candidates will also
*Have strong analytical and project skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational solutions
*Be able to objectively evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, detail information to a general understanding, and ensure the underlying business needs are addressed
*Demonstrate an ability to multi-task and focus on the key business deliverables
*Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of internal and external clients
*Be capable of producing high quality, solution documentation utilising various techniques such as; requirements gathering, client workshops, business process maps, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis
