Marketing Communications Executive (Marketing Communications Online, Offline, Copywriting, Events, Conferences) - Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

This is a new role working for a Leading Marketing Services Agency based close to Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

The role of Client Services/Marketing Communications Executive will play a key support role in the delivery of client projects, including client liaison, contact with internal resource departments and external suppliers, and administrative work. You will deliver marketing communication plans either by developing the plan, copywriting the communications, proof reading, editing and sending the communication via the email reaction system and SMS text. Additionally, you will be responsible for the management of website content for the programme through a content management system (CMS).

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree in Events Management or Marketing or Hospitality or Hotel management.

Experience in Marketing communications - Online and Offline, Digital - copywriting, marketing communications, proof reading, editing and sending the communication.

Experience in working with technology and systems ie websites, content management systems (CMS).

Strong experience as a Marketing Administrator, Marketing Assistant, Marketing Communications, and Events Assistant managing all aspects of communications, administration of blue chip clients and supporting the Client Services Manager.

Experience in an agency environment or client-side experience in a similar role.

Commercial experience/exposure to any or all of services, either client or agency-side (performance improvement, marketing communications, PR, Event, Conferences, Incentives).

Significant task management experience, including responsibility for meeting deadlines, reporting on progress, administrative support.

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships at all levels and with all types of people.

Good IT literacy, including good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Access

Experience of working with data - data analysis, data entry, etc. - using MS Excel.
