About the Role

Sopra Steria Recruitment is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join its successful team, who is able to work between Reading and Milton Keynes with some travel to UK Wide client locations and flexibility of some home based working as agreed.

We are looking for someone to manage the Outsourced recruitment service for one of our major accounts, delivering full recruitment workflow and resourcing through dedicated technology. The service delivers volume contractor supply and permanent recruitment services for all skillsets. This is fully client facing where on-site presence, networking and stakeholder engagement experience is key. This is ultimately a delivery focused role, suitable for someone who has experience managing others in the delivery of targets and SLA's.

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the day to day delivery of the service to the account(s)

Regular onsite visits

Operate effective client relationship management at an Account Management level and ensure effective delivery to clients SLA requirements

To ensure management information is accurate and delivered as per the SLA.

Monitor and handle customer and candidate satisfaction issues, expediting effective resolutions.

Manage the allocation on new roles to the dedicated recruitment team.

Support the recruiters where necessary and ensure they meet their CV delivery KPI's and SLA's

Manage contractor assignments for named clients - ensuring contractor care and client management processes are fully effective

Manage the end to end recruitment process with clients from initial requirement through to commencing the contract

Evaluate Candidates presented by Recruiters in accordance with legal and client requirements

Ensure effective screening processes to ensure compliance with client's changing requirements

Assist the Screening team to obtain suitable references as required, escalating issues as appropriate.

To ensure that all resourcing activities from requirements to placement are actioned on the appropriate systems.

Manage hands on recruitment for Senior Permanent roles where necessary.

Provide Account Management activities for other Client accounts as required.

Adhere to the Sopra Steria Recruitment company policies and procedures

Essential skills & experience

Management of delivery of a contractor recruitment service

Understanding of a P&L at an account level

Experience of managing and meeting KPI performance levels and Client SLA's

Client facing experience, engaging at a senior management level

Experience of presenting recruitment services to clients

Good knowledge of legislation and how to manage compliance through recruitment processes and checks

Experience of creating and maintaining a comprehensive Account Plan

In-depth recruitment experience

Ability to manage candidate and client expectations as part of the delivery process

Experience of managing the delivery of candidates by a resourcing or recruitment team (ideally co-location) in line with client specific SLA and company procedures

Consultative approach, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisational skills, driven to provide service excellence

Ideally an awareness of market rates/salaries in the IT Industry

Hands on experience of Senior Permanent recruitment in any discipline would be an advantage
