**Overview:**
The Performance Analyst Manager will serve as immediate supervisor for Business Process Solutions Performance Analysts. To plan, organize and direct the Business Process Solutions audit activities.
**Responsibilities:**
* Hire, train and develop all BPS Performance Analysts
* Responsible for supervising, training, developing and evaluating all Performance Analysts.
* Make all salary and bonus recommendations for Performance Analysts
* Conduct Audit team meetings monthly and provide recaps to Director, BPS
* Conduct one on one work with sessions with each Performance Analysts on a quarterly basis
* Assist in the formulation of audit policies, practices and procedures
* Develop and implement company wide audit programs and processes for the BPS department
* Select or develop training aids for Performance Analysts and BPS associates
* Working with the BPS management team, insure audit guidelines are kept current
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of systems and procedures used by BPS associates
* Serve as a resource to facilitator team for new employee training on audit procedures
* Participate in IT and Sales Data conference calls. Provide recaps to SVP, Sales Support.
* Work with BPS management team to meet the auditing needs of the BPS department.
* Act as a facilitator in change initiatives and culture orientation.
* Manage quality calibration process with 3rd party service provider.
* Special projects as required and assigned by Director, Business Process Solutions
* Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma/GED
* Bachelor's Degree Preferred
* 3 years prior food broker or industry experience in financial transactions, management experience required
* Must possess proven management experience in the.
* Must possess knowledge of BPS systems.
