Role Title: Executive/Sr.Executive - IT
Location: Bangalore
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Designation - Executive/Sr. Executive - IT
With 2-4 yrs. of on-job experience in an IT department or with IT vendor
Handling technical support /implementation/installations,
With knowledge of LAN /WAN , apart from Desktop support
a. Drive SLAs / TATs/ Setup Uptime
b. Drive Infra support KPIs and checklist
c. Remote Management for all locations
d. Communication and WAN/LAN management
e. Vender coordination and mobilization
f. Infra Helpdesk tracking, call scheduling and troubleshooting at user levels
g. Preventive Maintenance
He should have good communication skills especially English (to cater to the national presence)
Education Qualification : Graduate/ Post Graduate in Computer Science/ BE
