Job Description
Skills: -
·
Expert in 3D MEP Modeling, Design & Extracting Shop Drawing.
·
Proficient with creation of Revit project from 2D input drawings.
·
Proficient with creation of Revit MEP Families.
·
Good exposure to AUTO CAD (2D/ 3D), Revit, 3D modeling, Navisworks, Revit MEP, Micro station.
·
Hands on experience on point cloud data will be an added advantage.
·
Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills
Responsibility:-
·
Adhere to timely delivery of the project assigned.
·
Responsible for complete understanding of project MEP design from thorough review of plans and specifications, including interfaces with Architectural, Structural, and Civil (where applicable).
·
Shall provide technical input and supervise the work of junior team members
·
Shall ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned tasks between all the disciplines.
·
Keep abreast of latest trends and technologies.
·
Identify and communicate any potential design and/or constructability issues, and have available proposed solutions.
