MARKETS ORGANISATION
Our Markets organisation’s strategic goal is to maximize the sale of Nokia’s products, services and software, with a best-in-class demand supply model.
The Markets team manages our supply chain, sales channels, communications and marketing initiatives, and is responsible for delivering our mobile solution offerings to the market.
THE JOB
You will be tasked with heading the whole organisation within Saudi Arabia and for ensuring the short and long term business targets are met.
By the same token you will be accountable for
providing multifaceted strategic, operational and people leadership. In addition you will develop, interpret and deliver original programs and
projects
that will facilitate growth and success.
The Main Responsibilities
•
To provide day-to- day leadership and guidance
and
for managing performance of the multi-disciplined teams.
•
Has P&L responsibility for the geography assigned
•
Developing and deploying a business strategy that will facilitate the integration and growth of the business.
•
Leading business-critical programmes and delivering first class business performance.
•
Driving operational excellence and best practices.
•
Structuring the team and ensuring talent is best deployed in high growth target areas. Required to build strong and high performing teams to deliver Nokia’s current and future business
•
Annual budgeting and investment plans in line with global and regional strategy for the unit.
•
Accountable for setting function/programme goals, managing cost performance and ensuring achievements through people and processes.
•
Works closely with the other functions like Marketing, Logistics, Care, Finance, Retail, Sales Ops etc to deliver the business KPIs
•
Is seen as the site leader for Nokia in Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a first class individual who has exposure to managing and developing major accounts. You will need to be a strong leader, able to motivate and develop large sales/account management teams.
The successful candidate will be comfortable developing a culture that engenders success through results.
We are looking for an individual with a passion for execution and an eye for long term strategic initiatives
We particularly are looking for,

Solid experience in Sales and understanding of the mobile industry and key stakeholders in Saudi market
•
Strong channel and open distribution experience
•
True multi-channel expertise
•
Able to demonstrate strategic thinking, and assume a broad perspective when it comes to decision making.
•
Leadership to fix the basics in the sales team, execution focused and ability to handle tough customers and diverse teams

Qualifications
Strong Sales, Retail and Channel understanding; leadership experience of at least 10 years;
Knoweldge of Mobile industry essential.
Batchelor Graduate , with post grad preferred but not essential.
Must have a minimum of 10 years at senior level of driving sales teams.
