American Express International Currency Cards (ICC) is looking for experienced Personal Relationship Managers with an enthusiastic approach to delivering a bespoke Travel, Concierge and Card services to our elite Centurion customers. You will be an ambassador for your client portfolio providing access to all lifestyle management, concierge and travel requests and provide the ultimate in exclusive luxury experiences.

Your clients will be looking to you for unique knowledge and insight to the latest, ‘must be seen at’ events, holiday destinations and experiences. You will have a background and network in the Luxury Sector and your up-to-date knowledge of the latest in ‘What is Hot and What is Not’, in the UK and abroad, will be essential to your success in this role.

In order to be able to provide your clients with top level servicing, you will need to the ability to engage and identify with your customers through telephone servicing and other communication media according to your clients preferences. Occasional face-to-face meetings may also be required.

ICC are the issuer of American Express Cards in US Dollars and Euros. Centurion is the flagship product in the portfolio and plays a significant role in the overall profitability of the business. With changing consumer needs, this role will play a key part in maintaining our competitive edge and in providing the ultimate in personal service. You will know you customer well and will be providing a pro-active, tailored service to each client in your portfolio.

Qualifications

Developing and managing a close relationship with a portfolio of High Value Centurion customers, you will need to have a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Advising on and completing customer requests and providing expertise on Centurion products or services, travel destinations & concierge requests, you will thrive on the luxury, limited access scene.

As this role will be working with a portfolio of international clients, the ability to speak a second language is highly desirable.

Previous experience and knowledge of Luxury travel brands / Industry will be required in order to provide a high level of niche expertise to your clients.

You will need to be able to build strong and influential relationships with customers, colleagues and external partners and be able to leverage these to drive a positive experience for the customer.

You will be an ambassador to the American Express and Centurion brands, therefore, will need to be presentable at all times and maintain the highest level of integrity & professionalism in all your dealings with clients and partners.

You will be working independently for a good percentage of your time so should be an excellent time manager with the ability to work under pressure and maintain composure at all times.

A creative problem solver and decision maker also possessing a strong level of business acumen.

You will be able to demonstrate empathy & understanding with customers and effectively resolve conflict and apply influence and persuasion to drive a positive customer experience.

A results focused candidate with a strong team ethic and desire to share best practice and industry knowledge and insight to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve personal and business goals.
