1. Site Support Specialist – PDV15

Responsibilities :

To carry out the day to day administration of the contractual and related matters on Contracts, to ensure contractor compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract and to oversee and assist Project Teams in the management of Execution Contracts

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering Discipline

• Minimum of 5 years experience of which a minimum of 3 years as a Contract Engineer involved in the preparation, negotiation and administration of a broad range of complex technical contracts/purchases with the attendant knowledge and experience of commercial, insurance and legal issues is essential.

• Experience in working directly/indirectly with an Oil and Gas company

2. X-tree Site Representative – PDV16

Responsibilities :

• Site inspection and Interfacing with the Contractor on Technical and Delivery issues.

• Ensuring Delivery of the Subsea Completion System (including all the Tree and Work Over Risers Tools) in line with the Project objectives, technical interfaces and requirements.

• Review of Contractors design of the X-mas Tree System and Work Over System (including all the Tree and Work Over Risers Tools) design and preparation of comment sheets

• Expediting of technical interfaces

• Daily site inspection and interfacing with contractor

• Daily reporting to SPS Work Package Lead and Xtree & WO Engineer

• Follow-up the detail engineering performed by the SPS Contractor relevant to the X-mas Tree System and Work Over System (including all the Tree and Work Over Risers Tools).

• Reviewing and commenting technical documentation produced by the Contractors (e.g. technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc) ensuring the implementation of the established procedures, applicable codes, COMPANY standards and specification, Contract, International standards and Engineering best practices;

• Resolving ongoing technical issues concerning all aspects of the Subsea Completion System, X-mas Tree System and Workover System (including all the Tree and Work Over Risers Tools);

• Monitoring and reporting technical progress to the SPS Work Package Leader and Xtree & WO engineer Manager;

• Ensure that all internal and external Interfaces (especially with Rig Contractor) are correctly managed by Contractor;

Witnessing of acceptance tests for all the the X-mas Tree System and Work Over System (including all the Tree and Work Over Risers Tools) Scope of Supply (FAT,EFAT, SIT)

• Support to offshore installation, commissioning and production start-up

Requirements :

• The job holder must have Engineering degree (Mechanical and Instrumentation Engineer).

• Experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company for X-tree & Work Over System

• Not less than 7 years of working experience in oil & gas industry in Subsea Project.

3. Control System Site Representative – PDV17

Responsibilities :

• Selection of the best technical/economical solutions and products for the production and work over subsea instrumentation and control systems, ensuring overall design integrity and compliance with international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practices and system performance.;

• Site inspection and Interfacing with the Contractor on Technical and Delivery issues.

• Ensuring Delivery of the production and work over subsea instrumentation and control systems is in line with the Project objectives, technical interfaces and requirements.

• Review of Contractors production and work over subsea instrumentation and control systems design and preparation of comment sheets

• Expediting of technical interfaces

• Daily site inspection and interfacing with Contractor.

• Daily reporting to Control Systems and Umbilical Coordinator and Subsea SPS Work Package Leader.

• Witnessing of acceptance tests

• Support to offshore installation, commissioning and production start-up Follow-up the detail engineering performed by the SPS Contractor relevant to subsea production and work over subsea instrumentation and control systems.

• Reviewing and commenting technical documentation produced by the Subsea Control System Contractors (e.g. technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc.) and ensuring the implementation of the established procedures, applicable codes, company standards and specification, Contract, International standards and Engineering best practices; comments/concerns from Company and other Contractors are implemented or properly addressed.

• Reviewing and commenting technical documentation produced by the Installation Contractors (e.g. technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc.) and ensuring the implementation of the comments/concerns from Company and Subsea Control System Contractor are implemented or properly addressed.

Resolving ongoing technical issues concerning all aspects of subsea control equipment;

• Monitoring and reporting technical progress to the SPS Work Package Leader and Subsea Control Engineer.;

Ensure that all internal and external Interfaces (especially with FPU) are correctly managed by Contractor;

• Witnessing of acceptance tests for all the Production Control System Scope of Supply (FAT,EFAT, SIT, etc.) and close out any punch list.

• To attend and support to the offshore installation, commissioning and production start-up.

• Providing support and advise to the Company representative during offshore campaign related to the installation/testing/pre-commissioning/commissioning of Subsea Control System Equipment

Requirements :

• Electric / Electronic / Physic Engineering degree (preferably automation specialization).

4. Umbilical Site Representative – PDV18

Responsibilities :

• Site inspection and Interfacing with the SPS Contractor on HSE, Quality and Delivery issues

• Interfacing with the Umbilical Engineer and Installation Contractor;

• Ensuring Delivery of the subsea umbilical system in line with the Project objectives, technical interfaces and requirements.

• To review the Installation Contractors design documentation and drawing/layouts, reports, installation analysis, pre-commissioning procedures ensuring that Project objectives, industry standards and best practices for safety, reliability and cost are met;

• To review relevant subsea Contractors documents and drawings and provide installation related inputs;

• Expediting of relevant technical interfaces

• Daily reporting to Umbilical Engineer and SPS Package Leader

• Witnessing the Umbilical FAT and EFAT.

• Support to offshore installation, commissioning and production start-up at yard and offshore;

• Follow-up the detail engineering performed by the Installation Contractor relevant to subsea umbilical, distribution.

• Reviewing and commenting technical documentation produced by the Installation Contractors (e.g. layout, technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc) ensuring the implementation of the established procedures, applicable codes, COMPANY standards and specification, Contract, International standards and Engineering best practices;

• Resolving ongoing technical issues concerning all aspects of subsea umbilical system ;

• Monitoring and reporting manufacturing progress to the SPS Work Package Leader and Umbilical Engineer;

• Ensure that all internal and external Interfaces (especially with RFI & FPU) are correctly managed by Contractor;

• Support to offshore installation, pre-commissioning and production start-up/commission.

• Participate with installation Contractor for mobilization, load-out at site, onshore support, preparations for the campaign, transpooling, testing activities, laying, pre-commissioning and start-up/ commissioning of umbilical and distribution system;

• Participate in offshore installation and liaise with both Umbilical suppliers technician on-board and the installation contractor to ensure installation contractor is following the installation guidelines provided by umbilical supplier and also following approved installation procedure prepared by installation Contractor

Requirements :

• Engineering degree (Mechanical engineering, preferably electronic specialization)

• The job holder must have Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument Engineering.

• Experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company for Umbilical & Subsea Control System

5. Manifold Site Representative – PDV19

Responsibilities :

• To supervise the onshore fabrication of manifolds and SSIVs ensuring that contractor works are performed according to project specifications, budget and schedule and respecting all the relevant QA standards and HSEQ procedures and regulations

• To learn and became confident with all COMPANY standards and Project Specification in order to verify Contractor compliance;

• To ensure that the SSIV, manifolds and ROV tools technical interfaces with other systems or activities of the Project are considered by the Contractor at all times;

• Perform Site inspection and interfacing with the Contractor;

• To ensure delivery of the SSIV, manifolds and ROV tools with the Project schedule and objectives.

• To assist the preparation of user manual and installation procedure by Contractor and assist installation campaign.

• To interface with COMPANY Project Interface Engineer to manage and expedite all the SPS Contractor interfaces with other Project Contractors.

• Follow-on the construction activities of the discipline supporting the Site Representative or the Inspector

• Attendance during construction and installation activates at site.

• Assure compliance of SPS Contractor with job standards and specifications for the discipline.

• Technical follow-on/troubleshooting during construction, installation, commissioning and start-up

• On site assistance (drilling rig, construction vessel, FPU) to Company, with the follow up of the Vendor personnel;

• Support the SPS Work Package Leader in the expediting and inspection at Vendor site during the construction and offshore installation assistance.

• To supervise manifold and SSIV installation activities, monitoring contractor performance, assuring the application of all the relevant HSEQ and QA procedures, and providing technical support as required

Requirements :

• The job holder must have Engineering degree (Mechanical & Instrumentation engineering).

• Experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company for Subsea System (SSIV, Manifolds & ROV Tie-in system)

• Not less than 7 years of working experience in oil & gas industry in Subsea Projects

6. Onshore Detailed Engineering Coordinator – PDV20

Responsibilities :

• To manage all engineering design activities related to the Onshore Receiving Facilities. The activities include managing a multidisciplinary engineering team during the detailed engineering and project execution phases, ensuring that the design meets Company requirements, project objectives for cost, schedule, safety and environmental impact aspects.

• Provides technical and project management support to eni Muara Bakau BV management

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or higher

• Fluent in English both speaking and writing

• Minimum of 12 years Oil & Gas Industry experience and at least 5 years in project management experience

• Minimum of 5 year experience in onshore pipeline design and/or construction, 5 year experience in onshore plant design and/or construction

• Minimum 3 years of experience of working with contractors and supervising the contractors in engineering activities

• Good knowledge of industry standards regarding onshore pipelines, piping plan and civil design.

• Good knowledge and understanding of the contractual terms, conditions and requirements and the particular Scope of Work to be performed by the all the Project Contractors and onshore package in particular

• Experience in reviewing and commenting detailed engineering design and other related documentation (i.e. technical specifications, SOW, procedures, reports, drawings…).

7. Installation Coordinator – PDV21

Responsibilities :

• To supervise offshore platform, sea-line, flowline and riser systems installation activities, monitoring contractor performance, assuring the application of all the relevant HSEQ and QA procedures, and providing technical support as required. • Timeliness and accuracy of installation control information provided, including: cost control information, executed works compliance to project technical specifications, work progress certification

• Monitoring installation activities controlling that their execution is in line with project plans and highlighting any possible deviations suggesting possible solutions

• Verifying installation works compliance with project specifications, company procedures (including HSEQ)

• Preparation of daily installation reports

• Contractors daily progress report review and acceptance

• Managing supervision team verifying that all the installation activities are performed according to specifications

• Interfacing with the installation contractor during offshore operations

Requirements :

• The job holder must have Engineering degree.

8. Topside Construction Specialist – PDV22

Responsibilities :

• To be responsible of the construction site and act as Deputy of the Topsides Construction SPT, with particular respect to team management, HSE, construction and quality follow up.

• Timeliness and efficiency of construction works execution

• Managing a team of 8-14 team members (inspectors, dcc, field engineers)

• Achieving project quality standards

• Assuring an effective construction physical progress control

• Applying of HSEQ local norms and company standards

9. Topside Material Management Specialist – PDV23

Responsibilities :

• Ensure material integrity from Contractor receiving at Yard to handover to Company.

• Ensure, in coordination with discipline site supervisors that material and equipment are properly preserved according to project requirements from receiving to Yard to Handover to Company.

• Control Contractor preservation plan and report any deviation from Project requirements.

• Follow up daily warehousing activities, scheduled and unscheduled

• Attend QC inspections called by contractor, representing ENI function at the Contractors construction locations within the project

• Verify material feasibility aspects related material availability versus construction schedule to Topside site superintendent.

• Verify Contractors expediting and shipping status and weekly report to Topside site superintendent, advise timely possible constrains that could affect the schedule in terms of material availability at Yard or delay in shipping and clearance activities.

• In agreement with ENI Site HSE officer and superintendent, stop further work when major/critical HSE deviations are detected

• The job holder must have an Engineering or technical degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experiences in Oil and gas material management

Responsibilities :

• Engineering supervision of mechanical work completion by contractors according to Method Statement.

Responsibilities :

To review and approve the specification, design and supply (by contractors) of static mechanical equipment (vessels and piping) in onshore/offshore production facilities, ensuring that it meets Project objectives, industry standards and best practice for safety, reliability and cost

Requirements :

• The job holder must have an Engineering or technical degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company

12. Electrical Supervisor Topside – PDV26

Responsibilities :

To review and approve the specification, design and supply (by contractors) of electrical equipment and systems in floating production facilities, ensuring that it meets project objectives, industry standards and best practice for safety, reliability and cost

• The job holder must have an Engineering or technical degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering.

13. LQ Construction Specialist – PDV27

Responsibilities :

• Timeliness and efficiency of construction works execution

VOR management, included evaluation of impact of modifications on the schedule and on the budget.

• Control Contractor preservation plan and report any deviation from Project requirements.

15. Structural Supervisor HULL – PDV29

Responsibilities :

• Experienced with ERP/MRP systems

16. Material Management Specialist HULL – PDV30

Responsibilities :

• To support the COMPANY Development Team during Project Execution Phase in the engineering, design, fabrication and testing (performed by Contractor) of subsea structure system (Manifold, SSIV, PLET, FLET etc), ensuring that Project requirements, industry standards and best practices for safety, reliability and cost are met;

• To ensure delivery of the subsea structure system (including connection system and related foundations) in line with the Project objectives;

• To review the specification, design and supply (performed by Contractor) of the subsea structure System (including tie in/connection system), ensuring that Project objectives, industry standards and best practices for safety, reliability and cost are met;

• To ensure the subsea structure system performance, install ability and operability;

• To ensure that the subsea structure system technical interfaces with other systems or activities of the Project are considered by the Contractor at all times;

• The job holder must have Mechanical/Civil/Ocean engineering degree.

• Experience for offshore Subsea Structure fabrication and Installation.

22. Company Representative (Umbilical & Flexible) – PDV36

Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

• To manage the development project activities with focus on construction, onshore and offshore commissioning and logistic issues of new oil/gas production facilities, ensuring that onshore and offshore commissioning phase and start-up operations of Jangkrik complex project are conducted in safe, effective and efficiently manner with meeting the company target and to the satisfaction of all parties.

• To support all operation readiness activities and assurance review from initial concept through to project sanction, and possibly through project execution, ensuring that the design meets project objectives for cost, schedule, safety and environmental impact. Assure all operation aspects and risk opportunities to optimize the construction activities in the field, have been address and mitigate the risk

Requirements :

Responsibilities :

• Overall quality of ORF & PL commissioning activities definition, planning and execution

• Respect of project cost and time targets for commissioning and readiness

• Managing all ORF & PL pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, meeting the planned target

• Development of pre-commissioning and commissioning plan and procedures, together with discipline engineering and operation personnel

• Managing ORF& PL commissioning team activities

28. Instrument & Control Engineer – FAC11

Responsibilities :

• From the beginning the Candidate will be involved in all engineering activities related to instrumentation, automation and telecommunication in onshore/offshore facilities

• Candidate will be initially supported by a Senior I&C engineer that will follow him during the first “familiarization” period.

• As soon as the candidate will be more confident and independent with his role he shall review and approve the specification, design and supply (by contractor) of instrumentation and control in onshore/offshore facilities, ensuring that it meets project objectives, industry standards and the best practices for safety, reliability and cost.

• Candidate must be willing and able to international travels.

Requirements :

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic preferable.

29. Mechanical Engineer (Static) – FAC09

Responsibilities :

To support the development team in all aspects of static and rotating equipment, such as complete power generation systems, compressor stations, pumps, turbines, pressure vessels, pig traps and other equipment design (including the relevant auxiliaries and utilities) according to engineering best practices and international standards, for floaters and offshore platforms application.

• Selection of best technical / economical solutions and products for power systems

• Power systems overall design integrity and compliance with international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practices

Responsibilities :

• Ensure the subsea & control met the best practice standard specification and completed in a specific timeline.

• Ensure that riser and flowline met best practice standard specification and completed in a specific timeline

Requirements :

•Bachelor in Engineering or Technical Science, preferably in Marine

• 8-10 years experience in the oil and gas industry of which at least 7 years is spent in an off-shore oil & gas industry with extensive experience of subsea projects (engineering, fabrication and/or construction); some experience of topside modifications are preferable.

32. FPU Detail Eng. Coordinator – FAC16

Responsibilities :

To manage all engineering design activities related to the EPCI-1 (FPU – Floating Production Unit) Package; The activities include managing a multidisciplinary engineering team during the detailed engineering and project execution phases, ensuring that the design meets Company requirements, project objectives for cost, schedule, safety and environmental impact.

Requirements :

• The job holder must have an Engineering or technical degree;

• Experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company;

33. JAU Project Control Coordinator – PSV04

Responsibilities :

•To develop and maintain the overall project plan and master schedule based on input from project technical, commercial functions and contractors:

•Support the project services manager monitoring the project progress.

•Monitor contractor progress against plan and highlight deviations to project management through regular progress reports.

Requirements :

The candidate must have an Engineering or technical degree, experience as Cost Estimator in a major oil and gas company, not less than 5 years of working experience in oil & gas industry, both offshore and onshore

35. Pipeline WP Leader – PDV39

Responsibilities :

To ensure the management, execution and delivery of in filed pipelines from FEED through detailed engineering up to procurement and installation, ensuring achievement of project cost, schedule, quality and HSES targets

Requirements :

The candidate must have a degree in Engineering, experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company for Offshore pipelines and facilities, not less than 10 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry and not less than 5 years of experience of working with contractors and supervising the contractors in pipeline design and construction. Working in a prior similar role would be beneficial.

36. Flow Assurance Engineer – FAC17

Responsibilities :

• To lead and coordinate the development of flow assurance deliverables on a study, e.g. multiphase simulation study (based on the available well fluid composition), philosophy documents, Basis of Design documents, operating procedures, study reports, design assurance H41;

• To interact with internal Production Chemistry personnel in order to check the required fluid characterizations, Chemical treatment recommendations, including paraffin and hydrate inhibitors and incorporate chemicals and operational constraints within the models;

• To interact with reservoir specialists in order to contribute to the integrated Flow Assurance studies, incorporating lifetime reservoir and network simulations;

• For each feasible development scheme, to deliver steady-state and dynamic simulations of the multiphase flowlines and trunklines in the field area and from the field to shore. Studies to include full consideration of all flow assurance issues and input to operational requirements;

• To create and keep updated the design premises along the project with assumptions and result of the flow assurance studies, thereby contributing to the assurance of technical integrity of future facilities;

• To lead and coordinate external contractor studies related to multiphase simulation;

• To contribute to the generation of new technologies through innovative application projects in the Flow Assurance discipline;

Requirements :

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or equivalent

• At least 5 years of Oil and Gas experience, mainly in process and flow assurance.

• Have been involved in any deep water projects.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• A cooperative and helpful attitude to colleagues and people in the team;

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;

• Willingness and ability to travel in order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position;
