JOB OPENING QATAR PETROLEUM (QP)

GENERAL ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

Primary Purpose of the Job

Performs skilled electrical installation, maintenance and repair work, includes reading wiring plans and diagrams, dismantling and repairing a variety of electrical motors, starters and appliances assisting in major or complex electrical maintenance or repair work and carrying our preventive maintenance on electrical wiring and equipment. Includes the installation of appropriate safety devices, in either the process utilities, offsite and terminal areas.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Receives verbal assignments and instructions together with dimensional sketches and wiring plans. Inspects circuits or appliances and determines extent of work required. Prepares fields requisitions as necessary, and assemble tools, meters, materials and measuring equipment.

2. Diagnoses, repairs and tests circuit or wiring faults, in industrial facilities in proper sequence, using various kinds of electrical equipment, such as voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter, avometer and meger; refers to wiring plans as necessary. Measures electrical tolerances; locates faults in underground cables and arranges splicing and repairs. Checks wiring of electrical installations and its auxiliaries to ensure that all connection points and cables are capable of withstanding capacity voltages.

3. Dismantling, checking, cleaning and reassemble the equipments, checking the starter contacts, checking the operation of mechanical inter-locks, checking rotor cage for broken bars and varnishes the rotor. Checking and changing the bearings space heater leads and replaces / repairs part as applicable. Checking motors for electrical integrity, making proper internal and external connections, checking and measuring the tolerances of wires and connections for all electrical installations.

4. Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical installations and its auxiliaries which includes visual inspection of equipment, checking and greasing the bearings of motors, checking and tightening of terminals and connections, checking oil levels and leakages and topping up of oil level if required, checking and changing the desiccators for incorrect colors, checking the batteries and topping up of electrolyte levels, checking of building lighting systems, water heaters, power sockets, distribution board, changing fuses, lamps, fittings and glasses, checking and replacing the cards / relay / set of components in the control panels and replacing the parts as applicable, checking and cleaning of all ventilation ducts of electrical systems.

5. Updates existing systems and equipment in accordance with revised blueprints, drawings, work orders or verbal instructions. Ensures that all regulatory and safety devices such as fuses, circuit breakers, over current and under voltage protection devices and temperature rise protection measures are properly installed and operating according to specifications.

6. Checking and maintaining simple electrical appliances used in operational work and workshop tools such as electric saws, grinding machines, lathes, drills, welding machines and etc.,

7. Carries out other similar or related duties such as, maintaining tools and equipment in good order; observing all safety and fire regulations, keeping job sites and workshops clean and tidy, salvaging parts and materials wherever possible and carrying out low voltage cable laying and jointing.

Qualification

1. Minimum Vocational High School education in Electrical Discipline

2. Minimum 7 years practical experience in installation, maintenance, and trouble shooting of high and low voltage electrical system, power generation and plant electrical equipment in a petroleum or petrochemical industry

SENIOR INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN

Primary Purpose of the Job

Carries out the skilled jobs under the instructions of Senior Instrument Engineer, Supervises, directs, co-ordinates and participates in the activities of subordinate technicians in the installation, maintenance (routine and preventive), calibration, repair and troubleshooting of a variety of electrical, electronic, pneumatic instruments and control systems including specialist work on different types of Compressors, Anti-surge Control (CCC), Air Blower, and other instruments in Refinery 1, 2, 3, FCC Plant, Sulfur Recovery Plant, Utilities (Boilers, Air Compressors, Nitrogen Plants, Air Dryers, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Cooling Towers, Dealklyzer Package, Gas and Diesel Emergency Generators and Power Generation, LPG Plant, etc.), Offsite (Tank Farm, Metering Systems, Tankgauging system, Sphere Launcher, Doha Depot and Berth No. 6) and Workshop. Carries out more complex, skilled or diverse work, and performs various administrative duties for the Plant. Work is carried out on Site or in the instrument workshop. These jobs contribute, a lot to the organization, by reducing the breakdown, and improving the reliability of field instruments and control systems, which minimizes unnecessary trips/shutdowns that cause considerable production losses.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Receives incoming work requests for repairs, installation or modification work on types of instrument equipment or systems either via Teroman system, Engineer or operations work request, determines priorities in consultation with Senior Engineer and if necessary originator, establishes time estimates and requirements for the job and spare parts, allocates work to technicians and arranges, the availability of spare parts, tools and support services such as transport. Provides detailed or other appropriate instructions to technicians on methods of working to be employed and test requirements, and, as required, visits sites to check and inspect work performed.

2. Participates in the work of subordinate technicians as necessary to ensure that priorities are attended to and urgent work is promptly completed, or to assist in complex fault-finding. Includes carrying out installation, modification and fault-finding work on all types of pneumatic, electrical and electronic Instruments in remote sites and workshop. Carries out such work independently, in conjunction with subordinate technicians, or by providing them with an appropriate detailed technical instructions and guidelines.

3. Prepares, process and maintains files for a variety of documents relating to instruction work in assigned area. Includes completing or checking various administrative forms such as Materials Issue/Return and Transfer Vouchers (MIV/RTVs) and time sheets, and passing to supervisors for authorization, keeping workshop log of activities and preparing daily reports for supervisor listing installation, modification and repair work requested, specific action taken, any points of significance, and details of time spent and overtime worked. Implements and reports progress on preventative maintenance work, including the maintenance of Calibration Sheets, testing and inspection data, and equipment histories of work performed on all instrumentation in assigned area by tag number.

4. Maintains technical records for the unit, including the maintenance of a small library of technical data such as manufacturers manuals, equipment specifications, loop sheets and technical drawings and diagrams. Maintains detailed records of individual instrumentation and loops and ensures that these are updated to show actual loop configuration and design, and all instruments installed and related interconnections, when minor modifications are carried out as a result of routine repair work or on the basis of sketches drawn by supervisor.

5. Participates in project and contract work including the installation, modification, repair and maintenance of instrumentation and systems on shutdowns, and special project work. Assists supervisor in the design of minor modifications, reviews and examines manufacturers manuals, data and diagrams to become familiar with system operations and technical specifications and maintenance of equipment, co-ordinates and directs all shutdown and project work, and tests and inspects completed work carried out by contractors.

6. Directs and organises workshop activities to ensure that materials and spare parts are stored and used in a cost effective manner, that test gear and equipment is kept in good condition, properly calibrated and regularly serviced and that all repair work is carried out to the required standards, Ensures that sufficient standard instrumentation equipment is immediately made available to replace faulty pneumatic and electrical indicators, records, controllers and transmitters at any time. Arranges for the removal of parts from defective equipment due for scrap and to minimize return of equipment to manufacturers to a minimum and cover the repair of several separate defects each time.

7. Obtain necessary clearance for ESD by-pass and work permits from operations to carry out the job reported and coordinate with other departments such as technical department, Laboratory and safety departments. Should be familiar with all type of work permit system in the refinery Environment to carry out the work as per the procedure and safety rules. Observes all safety and fire regulation and maintain work site neat and clean condition at all time.

8. Undertakes the job of preparing the Shutdown Materials Requisitions (OSRs) under the guidance of the Instrument Engineer and plans , executes all the shutdown activities as directed by the Senior Instrument Engineer.

9. Carries out other similar or related duties such as assisting the Senior Engineer in diagnosing, locating and clearing fault on sophisticated electronic instrumentation equipment and systems; serving on stand-by duty to attend to urgent instrument problems outside working hours; and ensuring observance by subordinate technicians of fire and safety precautions and good housekeeping practices.

Qualification

1. Completion of Secondary (12 years) education, followed by 2 years formal full time training in Instrumentation, Control Engineering or similar, to Ordinary National Diploma level or equivalent, plus relevant short courses in safety and specific manufacturers systems and maintenance procedures.

2. Minimum 10 years experience as Instrument Technician in oil Refinery or petrochemical industry in the installation, maintenance, repair and overhaul of a wide variety of pneumatic, electrical and electronic instrumentation and Control/Plant Safety Systems.

3. Must have a high degree of originality, creativity, skill, and professional competence in applying technical expertise in analyzing problems.

4. Good in spoken and written English language.

5. Ability to respond in a timely manner to recognized hardware and software problems. Ability to organize, document and communicate problem definitions and resolutions

6. Experience in basic use of the computer and office automation software.

7. Must demonstrate superior willingness and ability to work with others. Ability to work in harmony with people to maintain positive relationships.

8. Responsible for own safety, ensuring the observance of safety procedures by sub-ordinates, and ensuring that work activities are carried out in accordance with applicable codes and practices and standards. Signs Cold Work Permits.

9. Required to be trained in standard safety procedures and wear standard issue protective boots, hard hat and other items. Exposed to risk of escaping gas and normal industrial hazards in plant areas.

SENIOR INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN (ANALYZER)

Primary Purpose of the Job

Carries out the skilled jobs under the instructions of Instrument Engineer (Analyzers), of installation, maintenance (routine and preventive), calibration, repair and troubleshooting of all kind of online and laboratory analyzers and CCTV (Plant Monitoring System associated with Fire and Gas System) in the assigned areas of the refineries, utilities, offsite, automatic blending system, and ISO 9002 certified laboratory. All these equipments are latest, state-of-the-art technology and computer based and controlled. The work is carried out in the field or in the repair shop and includes faultfinding, repair / replacement of PCBs, changing lamps and fuses, sensors.

These jobs contribute, a lot to the organization, by reducing the breakdown, and improving the reliability of analyzers, which minimizes unnecessary trips/shutdowns that cause considerable production losses. It also improves and continuously monitors the product quality.

This job is highly needed for operation, regular calibration, continuous routine and preventive maintenance, prompt repair and trouble shooting, of all analyzers, before their actual failure, which can cause uncontrolled reaction, resulting unplanned shutdowns, which are unsafe and dangerous for working personal and plant equipments and property.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Completion of installation & commissioning, according to the companys standard specifications and design, of all types of analyzers, and CCTV, in Refinery 1 & 2, Condensate Refinery, FCC, SRU, Laboratory, Utility & Offsite (Automatic Blending, Oil movement, Nitrogen Plant, Air Dryers, Boilers, De-Alkalizers, WWT, EDR, Berth 6, Doha Depot etc.).

2. Responsible for repair, and trouble shooting, of all types of analyzers, and CCTV, in the assigned areas of Refinery 1 & 2, Condensate Refinery, FCC, SRU, Laboratory, Utility & Offsite (Automatic Blending, Oil Movement, Nitrogen Plant, Air Dryers, Boilers, De-Alkalizers, WWT, EDR, Berth 6, Doha Depot etc.).

3. Performing routine and preventive maintenance for all types of analyzers, and CCTV in the assigned areas of Refinery 1 & 2, Condensate Refinery, FCC Refinery, SRU, Laboratory, Utility & Offsite, (Automatic Blending, Oil Movement, Nitrogen Plant, Air Dryers, Boilers, De-Alkalizers, WWT, EDR, Berth 6, Doha Depot etc.).

4. Receives assignments from the Instrument Engineer (Analyzers), for performing daily routine and break down jobs.

5. Verifications of the proposed system configurations, including hardware, software protocols & data formats for the optimum, overall system achievements. Confirmation of measuring / scale ranges and other parameters, as per data sheets of all types of analyzers in the Refinery and other areas.

6. Checking, witnessing and confirmation of ESD system integrity, associated with the analyzers and rectification of ESD analyzer related faults.

7. Modifications of sample taps, sample conditioning system, sample recovery system and their auxiliary equipment, and sample flow checks. Making sure that the sample lines and sampling system of all the analyzers are cleaned flushed, and pressure tested before taking them, to service.

8. Carrying out post commissioning / calibration, repeatability, sensitivity, stability, accuracy and drift checks according to the design for all types of analyzers. Verifications and Confirmation of the online analyzers readings in accordance with the laboratory results, for particular process conditions.

9. Checking all the analyzers response time to reach 95% of the step change at the analyzer inlet point and calculation of the lag time of the analyzers with respect to the sampling system lag and response time, under the instructions of Instrument Engineer (Analyzer).

10. Filling of standard formats for keeping and maintaining records of calibration errors and deviations for statistical data control, for all the online and lab. analyzers

11. Ensures spare parts and replacement for prompt fault rectifications. Replacement of calibration standard gases and liquids, for all the online and laboratory analyzers. Keeping track for expiry and shelf life of different calibration standards.

12. Keep Instrument Engineer (Analyzers) informed of the activities and critical events in the all areas, as related to the analyzers.

13. Determine and fix the calibration, maintenance, and repair priorities in conjunction with other operations and technical staff.

14. Implementation of PCRs (Plant Change Requests), & observation of the results / outcome of PCRs

15. Obtain necessary clearance for ESD bypass and work permits from operations to carry out the job reported and coordinate with other departments such as technical department, Laboratory and safety departments.

16. Implementation of all FMIs (Field Modifications Instructions), recommended by the vendors and updating the latest versions of software and firmwares.

Qualification

1. Instrumentation Diploma or higher, plus 2 years full time training in electronics or Instrumentation. Followed by specialized training courses in electronic and all types of Analyzers system, especially NIR, FTNIR & GCs analyzers.

2. 8 – 10 years experience as Instrument Technician (Analyzer) in oil Refinery or petrochemical industry.

3. Must have a high degree of originality, creativity, skill, and professional competence in applying technical expertise in analyzing problems.

SENIOR ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

Primary Purpose of the Job

Carries out the skilled installation, maintenance and trouble shooting of a wide range of high and low voltage equipments and associated systems, such as generators, motors, transformers, uninterrupted power systems ( UPS ), battery charges, desalters, dessicators, Switchgears, control panel and distributions. Carries out maintenance and repairs to various ancillary equipments and systems including the cathodic protection equipment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Carries out specialized electrical maintenance and trouble shooting of electrical systems of high and low voltage equipment and its auxiliaries in the assigned location. This may include all or any of the following

2. Receives incoming work requests and permit to work from the Electrical Engineer together with his comments on required work. He should be familiar with all type of work permit system in the refinery environment and to prepare the required work permit to carry out the work as per the procedure and safety rules

3. Capable to read, draw, analyze schematic diagrams, single line diagrams, wiring diagrams and logic control circuits to carry out the skilled fault finding, diagnosis and trouble shooting of all electrical systems and its auxiliaries.

4. Carries out routine, predictive, preventive & breakdown maintenance and trouble shooting of all electrical installations and its auxiliaries with the established craft standard and schedules which includes obtaining necessary tools, spare parts, arranging support services and proceeds to work site to carry out the job.

5. Carries out pre and final commissioning activities, preparation of punch listing for new electrical installation.

6. Carries out various tests using test kits such as transformer oil test kit, hipot test kit, primary & secondary injection test kits and etc.,

7. Carries out up keeping documentation, maintaining and reviewing the equipment history cards and preparing the reports.

8. Capable to co-ordinate with other departments to carry out the works during normal operation of the plant and to provide technical advice during the plant start-up / shutdown activities.

9. Capable of supervising junior technicians and contract labours and assisting in the training of new electricians or lower level personnel. Observes all safety and fire regulations and maintains work site in clean condition at all time.

Qualification

1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Vocational High School (12 years education) or secondary school plus 2 years technical training in electrical discipline

2. 10 years practical experience in installation, maintenance, and trouble shooting of high and low voltage electrical systems, power generation and plant electrical equipment in a petroleum or petrochemical industry.

3. Computer literacy, good knowledge of written and spoken English.

GENERAL TECHNICIAN (MACHINIST)

Primary Purpose of the Job

Should be familiar with of all types of machining, operations including turning, boring, lapping, reaming, milling, facing, grinding, threading etc and have background on the requirement of precision of machining needed on materials and equipment installed at the Refinery site including heat exchangers, vessels, heaters, boilers, turbines, pumps, casting, special equipment etc. in order to perform all type of mechanical manufacturing and repair works by referring to engineering drawing, specification, sketches and field data at Refinery site and within workshop including consumables, equipment, tools, permits and preparations for the job.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Receive work orders from Supervisor, checks work at site as necessary including taking the measurements atsite and establishing work requirements. Should be able to work from the drawings, sketches and engineering specifications. Keep proper record of all works been undertaken.

2. To read and follow the instructions mentioned in the hot and cold work permits as and when needed for performance of the works and coordinates execution with Operations and other sections as required. Check materials prior to issuance from store as per he specification of the material issue vouchers. Make all necessary preparation to perform work during shutdown period

3. To supervise a group of contractors manpower including turners, milling man, machine fitter, balancing technician, scaffolders, insulators etc. for sate execution of work within workshop and at site and issue proper work instruction to group on site

4. Should be familiar with dynamic balancing of turbo machinery parts and have sufficient knowledge of pumps, motors, turbines etc

5. Responsible to work needing high precision mostly in the tolerance range of 100th of a millimeter. Should be able to handle multiple machining operations

6. To work by solving mathematical equations, calculations to lay out curves, angle and complex irregular forms which require visualization of the 3 dimensional objects from a flat surface

7. To be capable of using layout tools. He should be able to fabricate and install jigs and fixtures as needed

8. To carry out machining in all positions and on all Refinery materials including aluminum, bronze, brass, carbon steels, stainless steels, alloy steel etc. should be aware and capable of special measure and procedures for each category of work

9. To maintain adequate stock of Machining consumables at store for coded items and the direct charge materials. Keep proper record and maintenance of tools. Inform the supervisor for any new requirement or replenishment of tools and consumables. Grind drills and other cutting tools using small grinder wheel or still sharpener etc.

10. Arrange house keeping and cleaning of work area and the equipment. To clean and remove chips from the work site.

Qualification

Minimum 12 years of school education, formal professional level courses and certifications in Precision Machining along with 10 years of working experience in petrochemical environment. He should have broad knowledge of applied machinist practices, techniques and theory of operation of various turbo machinery and equipment Applicable for ASEAN Nationalities ONLY

GENERAL TECHNICIAN (MECHANICAL)

Primary Purpose of the Job

Carries out skilled maintenance, repair and overhauls of rotary equipment like Pumps, Compressors, Steam/Gas turbines, Air fans, turbo machinery etc. in the Refineries 1 & 2, FCC, Condensate Refinery, Utilities & Offsites and Berth#6. Also carries out disassembly/assembly & repair of defective equipment and installation/testing of new machinery. To carry our independently major jobs with minimum guidance from Engineers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Receive verbal/written instructions from Supervisor/Mechanical Engineer, obtains permit, organizes tools, tackles, consumable spares and completes the maintenance work as assigned.

2. Carries out preventive maintenance work on Rotary equipment as per schedules & records of all the activities in checklist. The job includes replacing defective parts and performing various tests as required

3. Carries out corrective maintenance, which includes assembly/disassembly of pumps, compressors, etc. bearing & seal renewal, alignment correction, etc

4. Performs major equipment overhauls and participates in shutdown works. Carries out correct measurements of clearances/ tolerances using a wide range of instruments

5. Participates in annual turnarounds, keep records of all the events and provides feedback.

6. Coordinates closely with Operations & Inspection to ensure equipment is retained in a functional and good operation condition.

7. Maintains equipment history and ensures correct management of work orders. Assists in the upgradation of maintenance procedures to ensure good overall coordination of start up, shutdown, commissioning of new equipment

8. Ensures that the company environmental, health and safety procedures are adhered to while performing maintenance work/while inside the refinery

9. Provides support on the training of Qatari Staff.

Qualification

1. Qualified with a technology Diploma/Certificate from a recognized institution

2. Minimum of level 5 in English communication skills (oral/written)

3. Extensive knowledge of Mechanical Rotary equipment. Ability to work in a multinational environment

4. Minimum 8 years experience in Refinery/Oil/Petrochemical plants. Must have experience in Steam/Gas Turbines and reciprocating Compressors, Turbo Machinery and Multistage Pumps

TECHNICIAN 1 (MECHANICAL)

Primary Purpose of the Job

Carries out or assists in the maintenance and repair of rotating and stationary equipment which includes small pumps, compressors, vessels, column, furnace, heat exchangers, etc. Also does preventive maintenance and monitoring and repair of old and new machinery in the refinery

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Receive verbal/written instructions from Engineers/Senior Technicians for performing maintenance work , which includes monitoring of operational parameters, obtain permits, organize tools and tackles and assists in performing maintenance work

2. Assists in carrying out preventive maintenance of rotary and stationary equipment, repair and replace the defective parts and attend start-up of equipment

3. Assists in carrying out assembly and disassembly of pumps, compressors, and mixers and renewing of bearings and seals, alignment of pumps and compressors, etc.

4. Participate in annual turnaround and shutdowns. Ensures company environment, health & safety procedures are followed while performing maintenance work

5. Assist in monitoring, repairing and rectifying rotary and stationary equipment to keep 100% plant availability.

Qualification

1. Industrial school certificate with 2 years technical training or its equivalent

2. Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance and repair in refinery/oil/petrochemical company

3. Minimum level 3 in English communication skills (oral/written)

HEAVY EQUIPMENT SUPERVISOR

Primary Purpose of the Job

Responsible to provide Heavy equipment services to all refinery department in a safe efficient manner including preparation and study of critical rigging plans, schedule the works as per priorities and ensure the availability of equipment in the heavy equipment workshop in a good maintained condition and to maintain high moral between his subordinates

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible to provide Heavy Equipment services to all Refinery departments to assure the on line availability of units

2. Prepare and review critical rigging studies to guide the crane operator and associated workforce in the safe handling of equipment

3. Responsible for the maintenance and repairs of mobile & gantry cranes, forklifts, winches and all associated lifting tackles & equipment

4. Supervision of QP Rigger manpower and call-off contract manpower

5. Responsible to assure that all work orders related to heavy equipment and rigging are prioritize and carried out

6. Responsible for the procurement of rigging related tools, equipment and spares.

7. Should be able to recommend expenditure on heavy equipment and validate the job descriptions under his authority. All recommendations made by him will be subject to review and endorsement by lead workshop Engineer

8. Carry our complex rigging studies that may be carried out either by the refinery staff or a contractor. Verify the steps to be taken with the concerned and follow it through until approval by STI Department and job execution.

Qualification

3. 15 years of hands experience in the heavy equipment lifting and rigging, maintenance and operation of mobile cranes, overhead cranes, winches, forklifts, etc with a multinational workforce

TECHNICIAN 1 (FITTINGS)

Primary Purpose of the Job

Carries out maintenance works which includes jobs on stationary equipment like Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Towers, Columns, Furnaces, Vessels, Storage tanks, spheres, Reactors, Valves Actuators etc. in Refinery, Berth 6, Laboratory and Cross country pipelines. Also performs rectification of defective equipment, repair and resting, installation of new equipment

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Receive verbal/written instructions from Engineers/Senior Technicians. Obtains permit, organizes tools, tackles, consumable spares and completes the maintenance work as assigned

2. Carries out daily maintenance jobs on piping systems, safety/relief valves, process line valves (except control valve), and fire fighting systems, etc

3. Performs valve testing, maintenance and testing of heat exchangers, replacement of packing, hydro-test of boilers/heaters coils, etc

4. Carries out complete maintenance of all type of Heat Exchangers, vessels, furnace, Reactors, tanks etc

5. Carries out routine jobs like repair of steam/process valves, rectification/cleaning of strainer, dropping and fixing of control valves and assisting in in-situ machining, drilling, tapping, re-threading and plugging of heat exchangers, air coolers

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Reviews and analyses maintenance Work Request and ensures that all the information is correct and complete. Plans and resources, materials, etc. In liaison with respective Shutdown engineers before a work order is planned and executed.

c. Recommend changes, if required, to be done in SAP QAS data and finalize the Master data to upload to SAP-PRO.

d. Review and audit the SAP-PRO data and inform all concerned.

e. Co-ordinate and collect any pending data such as Material nos. for SPF items, as built documents for SAP OMS from the Material and Engineering department and get that uploaded to SAP through SP department.

4. Manage all maintenance optimization study results produced as part of all new projects and new installations such as :

a. Functional Block Diagrams (FBD)

b. Functional Critical Analysis (FCA)

c. Equipment Critical Analysis (ECA)

d. Risk Spares Analysis (RSA)

e. Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

5. Co-ordinate with the Lead Planning Engineer to :

a. Create, review, validate, audit, execute SAP system Master data changes and new data in SAP system.

b. Participate in SAP system changes and upgrade solutions for Maintenance Refinery facilities.
