1. Offshore Pipe Stress Analysis (Location Geoje, Korea)

Responsibilities:

• Offshore stress engineering: Static Analysis, Dynamic Analysis, Fatigue Analysis

• Lead of stress analysis in detail design stage for floating unit (FPSO, FPU, FSO etc.) based on piping stress analysis

Experience, Skill & Capabilities Required:

2. Offshore Piping Lead Engineer (Location Geoje, Korea)

Objective – Responsible for Offshore Piping Engineering as follows:

Lead the Piping Engineering activities in accordance with Project/Proposal requirements within the assigned budget, time schedule and quality standards and Ensure compliance with all Project interfaces and supervise in/out information flow regarding piping discipline

Responsibilities:

• Development of Technology know how

- Initiate and finalize equipment arrangement/deck plans for fixed and floating offshore facilities

- Offer guidance on piping layouts, conceptual designs, weight control reports, 2D/3D CAD, etc.

- Ensure proper Discipline workflow, interfaces, quality checks and approval of all Discipline Project documents, including Vendor ones

- Provide technical oversight of facility layout, including considerations related to process, mechanical, electrical, fabrication, installation, operations and maintenance

• Commercial support

- Support the Proposal/Project Manager during technical clarification meetings with the Client

• Skill & Capability Required:

3. Technical Manager

Qualifications (Education, Years of Experience, Specialized Training, etc.):

• B. Sc. Degree in Engineering (other technical backgrounds may be considered).

• Have between minimum of 10 years of experience in Cementing, CT and stimulation.

• Familiar with major aspects of Cementing, Fracturing, and CT/N2 applications

• Have extensive past experience in preparation of Cementing, Fracturing or CT/N2/acidizing tenders, technical proposals, job procedures, post job reports/analyses.

• Have extensive past field experience in Cementing, Fracturing or CT/N2/acidizing jobs, preferably in an offshore environment

• Excellent presentation, technical writing and interpersonal skills

• Have strong understanding of Fracturing , Cementing, and Sandstone acidizing fundamentals such as formation damage, candidate selection, treatment fluids design, acid placement and diversion techniques and acidizing additives

• Excellent knowledge of Cementing Software, Myers, FrcaPro, or Circa, Cycle, Nodal Analysis (Perform) and other engineering software as well as good command of MS software.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers and operations personnel to ensure customer receives the best technical solutions available.

4. Instrument/Automation Engineer – Contract for 6 month

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineer

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in automation/instrumentation engineering in an oil & gas operator, EPC company or instrumentation vendor

• Experience across design, installation and maintenance of downstream depot operations (at least one minimum)

• Have Skill Conversant with standards for custody transfer system (e.g. ASME/ANSI/API/ISO/AGA/GPA)

• Understanding of the basic design of Oil field/depot automation and the processes

• Fluent in English

5. Regional Sales Manager (GAS)

Responsibilities:

Lead management to deal closure

• Develop the regional sales strategy focused on growing market share and ensuring profitability

• Maintain a network of contacts across key industries to promote our client’s offerings

• Set aggregated overall team/region and individual sales representative pipeline(s) and targets and manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure

PURPOSE

16. Drilling Manager

PURPOSE

Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of the Drilling Department, includes reviewing, studying and approving drilling operational/engineering programs, report and supervising the planning and execution of the Company’s drilling operations, work over, well completion, etc. Supervise and coordinates the preparation of the drilling budget, controls expenditure and justifies variances. Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance.

17. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – NEW VENTURE

Key Accountabilities:

•Undertake studies of the Indonesian Oil & Gas market and use this as inputs into creating ideas to generate business opportunities for company in Indonesia.

•Conduct economic evaluations on acquisition and other business development opportunities.

• Assist with successful execution of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Responsible for the operational of Payables transactions

Duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure all invoices from vendor are paid on time and based on their TOP

Responsibilities

20. Drilling Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Plan and control the swamp rig operations in order to respect the HSE Policies/procedures and Company referential

• Lead and control the swamp rig operations to ensure that the wells are delivered as per programs
