1. Project Manager (Indonesian Nationality)

Responsibilities:

• Reports to PDM on project matters.

• Manages all work within the project for implementation, maintenance and improvement of the QMS including Corrective and Preventive Action.

• Liaises with all Departmental Manager, Section Head and Engineers on all relevant and project activities.

• Establishes implements and maintains the PQD.

• Defines in the PQD the responsibilities of the Project Team and the relevant Departments for the project execution.

• Liaises directly with the Client on all projects matters.

• Supervises and monitors the CM on all site activities.

• Approves disposition of nonconforming products proposed by Vendor or Subcontractor

Qualifications

• Degree in any Engineering major, holding a position of Section Head, Senior Engineer and above

• Min of 10 years related working experience in EPC Oil and Gas Company

2. Senior Project Engineer (Indonesian Nationality)

Responsibilities:

• Be a candidate for Project Proposal Manager, Project Manager and Site Manager.

• Assist Project Control SH in coordinating and implementation of department related day to day work and activities.

• Lead, organize and manage tendering activities.

• Plan and schedule project timelines and develop milestones.

• Attend project coordination meetings with owner/contractor/authority/consultant as required.

• Assist Project Control SH to evaluate project performance of functional areas.

• Ensure projects are continuously tracked and monitoring.

• Ensure functional requirements are completed and document deliveries are met.

3. Senior Planning Engineer (Indonesian Nationality)

Responsibilities:

• Develop Project Master Schedule(PMS)

• Attend Schedule Interfacing Meeting (conducted by PM) with Engineering/ PSD/ Construction departments from draft PMS till finalization of PMS.

• Review Subcontractor Project Master Schedule and incorporate into our PMS.

• Attend Schedule Review Meeting with Subcontractor (conducted by PM)

• Develop Progress Measurement Procedure (S-Curve)

• Prepare Critical & Sub-Critical Milestone List based on PMS critical activity for distribution to Project/ Engineering/PSD/Construction Department.

• Attend Internal Weekly Schedule Progress Meeting as conducted by PM

• Update work progress for incorporation in bi-weekly/ monthly progress report

• Attend Clients Weekly/Bi-Weekly Work Progress Meeting

• Advise project team of any deviation from schedule and coming up with recovery plan if required.

4. Lead QA/QC Engineer (Indonesian Nationality)

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance and Quality Control- in General

• Establishes and maintains companys quality assurance and quality control programs.

• Verifies the implementation and effectiveness of companys quality assurance and quality control programs with continuous improvement

• Identifies and provides solutions to Quality Assurance and Quality Control problems

• Assist COO on implementation and internal auditing of Key Performance Indicator(KPI)

Quality Assurance:

• Ensures the findings highlighted during the Management Review Meeting are effectively implemented and responded by the respective departments.

• Maintains and update the ISO 9001:2008 mandatory document and record in line with the ISO 9001:2008 requirements.

• Verifies the effectiveness and adequacy of the Quality System and of the Corrective and Preventive Action.

• Provide sufficient training to the new recruited personnel related to QA/QC in the department and company.

• Verifies the QMS of Vendors and Subcontractors when necessary.

• Participate actively in Internal Quality Audit activity to ensure the effectiveness of QMS implementation.

• Assist QA/QC Executive in maintaining and updating status of overall company Document Management Systems (DMS).

Quality Control (Project Related):

• Establishes and review the Project Quality Document i.e. Manual, Procedure, Programs etc. and register it accordingly before issuing it to the Client for approval or issuing for construction.

• Establishes and maintain Project Inspection Test Plan prior to commencement of the work at site or specific time agreeable by the project team

• Initiate and organize Pre-Inspection Meeting with Vendor and/or Subcontractor

• To be assigned to shop or site for any project inspection and testing requirements

• Identifies and provide solutions to Project Non-Compliance Report( NCR)

• To ensure compliance to Client Project QA/QC requirement

• Review and endorse vendor and/or subcontractor project quality document

• To ensure the QC Inspector is performing his/her duty complying with the Project Quality Document for each stage of the work process at site.

• To ensure the QA/QC record and report are documented and compiled accordingly throughout the project for future references and submission to the Client as an As-Built Document.

• Participate in As-Built Document preparation to Client at the end of Project

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any Engineering or equivalent and with 10 years experience with relevant certificates.

5. Engineering Manager (Indonesian Nationality)

Responsibilities:

• Leads the project engineering team ensuring the design meets the project scope, schedule, HSE and quality requirements.

• Assists in the selection of all Discipline Engineers and Lead Engineers for the project,

• Monitors and controls the project engineering man-hour budget,

• Directs the Discipline Engineers in the management of engineering projects, including the following :-

- Planning the engineers design, including defining scope, cost budgets, man-hour budgets, schedules, drawing control procedures, equipment procedures.

- Coordinating the activities of all groups including the draftspersons.

- Reviewing and approving all engineering documents and drawings for the project including plant equipment specifications and field construction drawings.

- Reviewing and approving all engineering purchase requisitions and providing assistance in procurement planning.

• Monitoring the job progress and design effort, addressing shortfalls, developing recovery plans where required and ensuring plans are implemented.

• Providing feedback to the PM and lead discipline engineers as and when required on the progress of the project.

• Ensuring participation of engineering team members in project engineering reviews and assists resolution of any issues arising out of the same,

• Coordinating the engineering effort with the Construction Manager / Construction Superintendent and key client personnel.

• Reviews project schedules and approve engineering man-hour estimates for personnel under his direction for the project.

• Keeps informed on the status of all projects involving his personnel with respect to schedule, budget, work quality and client satisfaction, and contribute leadership, experience and expertise in the solution of difficult problems.

• Ensures that the latest available computer systems and other technologies, technical standards and engineering management control techniques are implemented for the project.

• Acts as primary engineering contact with the client on matters relating to engineering progress and quality.

• Formulates and recommends for approval plans and programs for projects under his supervision.

• Performs the general functions inherent in all managerial and supervisory positions.

6. Senior Process Engineer (Indonesian Nationality)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Section Head and supervise subordinates in ensuring smooth running activities in the department.

• Development of Process Flow Diagram and Utility Header Diagram as well as process design philosophy/design basis

• Development of Piping & Instrumentation Diagram and capability to SmartPlant P&ID

• Perform Mass and Heat balance calculation.

7. Senior Instrumentation Engineer (Indonesian Nationality)

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Section Head, lead and supervise subordinates in ensuring smooth running of the section activities.

- Develop & Update Standard Work Procedures of the Section Activities.

- Develop & Update Standard Documents & Drawings which are related to the Section Work.

- Strive to achieve company and department KPIs.
