Position Descriptions

1. Project Manager
Experience:  Minimum 10+ years of IT experience.
Qualification: BE-MBA.
Skill sets:
Software development experience.
Must have handled international projects with at-least team of 10 members.
Is the single point contact for the client.
To Coordinates with the clients for overall deliverables of the project.
To do Project Planning, Monitoring and Status reporting to the Stakeholders.
To do the Quality Management and Assurance for the Project.
To do the Project Resources and Release Management.

2. Project Leader
Experience:  8-9 years of IT experience.
Qualification: BE.
Skill sets:
Software development experience
(Java, Spring MVC, MySQL).
Must have handled international projects with at-least team of 10 members.
To set key goals and major objectives of team
To maintain focus and provide clear direction to team members
To set team priorities
To accept accountability for any team decisions
To decide on key deliverables
To develop a project plan
To negotiate with client and team members
To keep team members and stakeholders informed of key developments, program decisions, issues, and changes to the project and the project plan
To fulfil obligations to various stakeholders

3. Database Architect

Experience: 8-9+ years’ experience in systems design, software development and database technologies.
Qualification: BE/MCA or Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent education.
Skill sets:
RDBMS, Data Modelling, NoSQL, Big Data
Working knowledge in data modelling and database architecture
Active capacity planning and performance tuning procedures to ensure all database environments are running optimally for Physical and/or Virtual environments
Develop and maintain documentation of the overall data architecture, data flows and data models.
Leverage process improvement and automation skills to enhance performance of the databases throughout the development process as well as deployments/upgrades.
Ability to perform DBA tasks including backups, setting up access policy, data migrations, troubleshooting, data  partitioning, replication, clustering and performance optimization.
Planning, designing and building scalable and robust backend infrastructure.
The ability and desire to figure out how to implement true highly available systems, not just at the database level, but throughout the entire stack.
Ability to conduct research into emerging technologies.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, client relation skills, and the ability to work effectively as a leader in a technical team environment.

4. Senior Database Administrator

Experience: 6-8+ years of DBA experience.
Qualification: BE/MCA or Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent education.
Skill sets:
(MySQL, MongoDB).
Must have experiences of managing and mentoring small team of DBAs.
Create and manage multiple databases and assist in capacity planning.
Maintain database systems and troubleshoot problems that may arise and suggest optimizations.
Monitor database environment to maintain high availability and proactively identify and solve issues.
Maintain data integrity and security.
Develop strategies and implement solutions for managing back-ups, restoration and replication.
Monitor and enhance backup solution to ensure that data is always safe and secure.
Manage production, staging and development database environments.
Create detailed documentation including diagrams of database infrastructure.
Learn relevant business processes and understand the data flow, criticality and dependencies.
Work closely with programming staff on database design changes to meet business requirements.
Automate recurring DBA tasks.
Develop innovation, strategies, processes, and best practices.

5. Team Leader
Experience: 4+ years of IT experience.
Qualification:  BE.
Skill sets:
Software development experience.
(Java, Spring MVC, MySQL)
To develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
To provide any training the team members need
To communicate clear instructions to team members
To manage flow of day to day operations
To update project lead about team’s progress
To distribute reports to appropriate personnel

6. Sr. Software Developer

Experience: 3+ years of IT experience.
Qualification: BE.
Skill sets:
Software development experience
(Java, Spring MVC, MySQL)
To develop software solutions
To study systems flow, data usage and work progresses
To determine operational feasibility
To document and demonstrate solutions
To update job knowledge by studying programming techniques
To protect operations by keeping information confidential

7. Software Developer

Experience: 1-2 years of IT experience.
Qualification: BE.
Skills sets:
Software development experience
(Java, Spring MVC, MySQL)
Reviewing current systems
Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
Producing detailed specifications and writing the program codes
Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
Preparation of training manuals for users
Maintaining the systems once they are up and running

8. System Engineer

Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in Zabbix monitoring tool configuration and maintenance Qualification: B.Tech/ BSC IT/ CS/ MCA.
Skill sets:
Good knowledge of telecommunications networks (WAN, MAN, RAS, Internet/Extranet, LAN);
Good Perl scripting skills;
Good knowledge of MySQL/Database
Good knowledge of Linux System

9. Business Analyst

Experience: 2+ years of IT experience.
Qualification:  BE-MBA.
Skill sets:
Software development experience. (Java, Spring MVC, MySQL)
To create Business Requirement Documentation (BRD)
To do the Requirement Gathering, Elicitation, and Sprint Planning
To do the detailed Requirement Documentation – Prototyping, User Stories
To generate UML – Documentation Use Cases, Cross Functional Flow Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagram
Creating BPMN – Business Process Model and Notations Diagram, as per the project needs
Working knowledge of Agile Development Methodology (SCRUM)
Creation of Test Case, Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing
Software Training to End Users and Help Documentation – User Manual, FAQ
To do the Root Cause Analysis for the production issues

10. Chief Financial Officer

Experience:  5 years of post-qualification
Qualification: member of ICAI
Skill sets:
Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relations etc.
Work experience in handling accounts with expertise in Internal Audit, Direct/Indirect Taxes, Service Tax, TDS, MIS etc. s
She/he should have first hand experience in handling Banking and Finance Operations in raising Project Finance, working capital, knowledge of banking products/accounts and be able to ensure efficient ways of getting receipts of collections and receivable management, preparation of yearly budgets, its control and MIS for the Management.

11. Chief Operating Officer

Experience: 5 years senior level experience working in high volume businesses (preferably in IT Companies) in Operations.
Qualification: Masters or Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
Skill sets:
Exceptional leadership and decision making skills.
Evaluation of current and identification and establishment of new key performance indicators and document and present the proposed workflow (flow charts, dashboards, etc.)
Continuous monitoring and management of key performance metrics for the purpose of improving efficiencies, collaboration, communication, productivity and revenue.
Understands and applies root cause analysis techniques and employs detailed periodic operations reviews that are dependent on an appropriate metric set to ensure fast, steady progress in operations performance and improvements.
Develop tools to monitor and manage workflow processes that will enable department managers to effectively manage existing resources and identify future resource needs based on benchmarks.

12. Executive – Customer Support

Experience: 2+ years in IT.
Qualification: BE, MBA.
Skill sets:
Handling and management of software projects.
Co-ordination with project lender and its technical team.
To do the Requirement Gathering, Elicitation, and Sprint Planning.
To do the detailed Requirement Documentation – Prototyping, User Stories

13. Trainee – Customer Support

Experience: Fresher may apply provided they will have to submit the certificate at the time of joining.
Qualification: Bachelors in any field, Computer knowledge.
