Pethealth Inc. (TSX: PTZ) is a growing Canadian organization and a leading provider of health-related services to pet owners, animal shelters, and veterinary clinics across North America and the UK. Our products and services include pet insurance, pet recovery database services, microchip technology and animal management software for shelters and animal control agencies.

The Website Administrator will play a key role on a dynamic and committed team, where each individual's contribution has a direct impact on the success of the company and shareholders. Reporting to the Director, E-Commerce, and based in our corporate headquarters in Oakville, ON, you will have the opportunity to provide a broad range of accounting support and analyses in a fast-paced, publicly-traded organization.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Maintaining software updates, calendar

As the business owner of the platform work closely with the technical and web development teams to maintain site standards with regards to new development

Procurement of products and liaising with the Warehouse Manager to ensure products are delivered and shipped according to order

Development and management of online acquisition campaigns

Coordinating with all internal and outsourced departments for upcoming launches

Merchandising within the website including development of site merchandise promotions and special offers

Compiling and analyzing merchandise reports including merchandise report, backorder report, weekly sales reports and storefront real estate reports

Monitoring key learning opportunities within the ecommerce platform online store management to drive an increase in sale

Qualifications of the ideal candidate:

Minimum 2 years of experience handling different e-commerce platforms

Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Znode

Ability to independently learn

Experience with online retail would be beneficial

Strong ability to lead through both direct reports and cross-functional project teams

Experience in the pet supplies/medication industry is a strong asset

Strong knowledge of distribution, logistics and order fulfillment in an online retail environment is a strong asset

Knowledge of web usability and information architecture best practices

Strong technical and Internet knowledge; able to work effectively with developers and designers; general programming knowledge would be beneficial
