Unfortunately, I had to devised this process the hard way. If you are trying to collaborate with other webmasters or online marketers trying to make money online there is a high chance that you all live in different states or countries and probably haven’t even met one another.
The main bone of contention will be this: Money!
via How to Collaborate with Other Affiliate Marketers on a Project
Say, all of the money was going into one affiliate account and it was then that person’s responsibility to pay out the other partners in the project. What is to stop the person who receives the payments from just disappearing or not returning instant messages, emails or phone calls. This is a completely off-the-shelf use for the WordPress plug-in Pretty Link.
Pretty Link Pro is a must-have if you are going to take affiliate marketing seriously. The feature we are using is intended for A-B testing. In an A-B test you would send 50% of traffic one sales page and 50% of traffic to another sales page and would try to determine which one converted better.
By having the plug-in distribute the traffic round-robin into separate affiliate accounts. This heads the whole “money disappearing” problem off at the pass.
The video below shows you a bunch for example scenarios:

There are a number of different configurations you can set up. The only limitations are you can only distribute traffic five different ways and it must add up to 100%.
Here are some examples:
Two marketers equal split:
50/50 = 50% + 50% = 100%
The three-way split:
33% + 33% + 34% = 100% – in this scenario one partner Will receive 1% more because the plug-in does not round-down to fractions of a percentage point, but if you were going to be partners and you’re already squabbling about a fraction of 1% then you probably shouldn’t be partners!
See “team leader” split:
40% + 30% + 30% = 100% in this three-way split scenario the “team leader” would receive an extra 10% and the other two affiliates in the project would receive 30%.
I’m sure by now you get it, but here’s one more example:
The four way split:
25% + 25% + 25% + 25% = 100%
Obviously, you can configure this just about any way you want, the only caveat being that whatever ever you decide to divide it by all of the parts must equal 100%.
There is a free version of the plug-in but if you want to enable the split testing feature as well as else slew of the other features including 301 re-directs, advanced stats, social media integration you need to have the pro version which is $99 with no rebilling for unlimited licenses unlimited domains.
